My new glasses are great, quality frames and lenses. However, I paid extra for Next Day shipping. The glasses were manufactured 16 miles from my house. UPS had possession on Friday but did not deliver them on Saturday. Due to the holiday, I did not receive them until Tuesday.

Insurance wouldn't let me select the dependent being covered- only primary provider.
Your site was not mobile friendly. I am using Safari on an iOS. The site took up more space than my phone displayed and I could not zoom out. I entered the wrong CC number on checkout and could not delete the card. I was interrupted during the checkout process and had to upload my prescription four times. Saving a draft along the way would prevent this.
Ordering process is pretty quick and easy, but make sure you submit the entire RX including signature line from your eye doctor... otherwise your order will just be cancelled on you!
