The site is difficult to use. Buttons are all over the place and hard to find. I often get to check out and find out the information was preloaded incorrectly, then I have to go back and change it.
My last order was canceled by Eyeconic because I didn't provide prescription. However, I did provide the prescription which also included the receipt and Eyeconic did not take the time to read the two pages of the document I uploaded that would have shown the prescription and prevented me from having to re-order.

Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
