The site is difficult to use. Buttons are all over the place and hard to find. I often get to check out and find out the information was preloaded incorrectly, then I have to go back and change it.
My last order was canceled by Eyeconic because I didn't provide prescription. However, I did provide the prescription which also included the receipt and Eyeconic did not take the time to read the two pages of the document I uploaded that would have shown the prescription and prevented me from having to re-order.

I love the ability to virtually try the glasses. I've had multiple pairs from Eyeconic so far and it is a more comfortable experience than going into the store for me.
The site is easy to navigate. The virtual try-on option makes shopping this way much more comfortable. Pricing is good and I love that it links my insurance so that I don't have to do a bunch of figuring/comparing.
My glasses are nice and came in a great case. They are still holding strong two years later.

My rx was denied last time submitted but I was not contacted and do not know why. Since it was the last month before my rx expired and I was additionally laid off -it caused a lot of extra hassle and expense due to the monthly cobra insurance required.
It was easy. However I don't understand why you have a pop up question whether I have used my insurance or not. You should know it. If you don't know why are you asking me?
