I tried using the PD tool for 30 minutes and it never worked correctly. It kept asking if the card was present. I don't think it works well if you have a white beard like I do. Also wicked lame that you have to agree to have your review shared on social media just to leave feedback for the company.

Prescription glasses should have included sun-sync, which it did NOT. I asked for it to be fixed. They said to return it, which I did. They credited my account, but no one asked to work on the issue. I was left holding into my old glasses.

Issue not resolved my original eye glasses i loved were made with the wrong rx and I was not able to see nothing out of my glasses I had to send them back and now I'm not able to secure the lovely eye glasses I originally selected. If it could be a zero star, I would. Put in a request to see if glasses were covered under the warranty. Told yes. Great! Put in an order to have that completed confirmed with not one but two reps on that call mailing address information. Get an email of the tracking, incorrect address shows. Call back speak to a third rep, assured me updated that information, verified again to make sure it's correct and advised wait for tracking email. Get that email order is to be delivered said date by UPS, checks the tracking info, address incorrect STILL and order was delivered to incorrect address. Call to speak with someone and was told "the website may show incorrect address ma'am but we've got it here, can you confirm this for me just to be sure it's the address you need?" WHAT?! Placed on hold for about twenty minutes then transferred to a "supervisor" who assures me he's going to do everything in his power to correct this issue followed by "I don't know I can't tell you when the order will be sent to your correct address." To call and confirm more than once BEFORE shipment and told yes it's correct and delivery day comes and it's STILL WRONG and you don't know? If you are thinking of ordering from this company, DONT. Not only will you be following up just to be lied to, you won't receive your order and they won't have a solution for you.
