My frames were unavailable and this wasn't updated or disclosed at the time the order was placed. Had to wait for funds hold to be released before placing a new order. I'm not happy about having to wait longer and pay more for shipping to get glasses to me.
Password wouldn't work on some screens so I would have to go to main page log in and start again. If I logged in from my VSP site it would go to a missing link page with bigfoots image on it. My husband would do the same thing on his and it would go right to your site.
Lenses are very comfortable to wear. Always easy to find what I'm looking for.
Overall the product selection is great and handling the order online was a breeze!
Fields were very finicky and inconsistent accepting information typed in. Items kept being erased, including the upload of the photo of my prescription. I also had difficulty logging in, both directly to the Eyeconic site and via the VSP website. It took 3-4 attempts.

I was sent to eye-conic through my insurance's website, VSP, I shopped, I selected a pair of sunglasses, I went to the cart to check out and am prompted for an eye-conic log in. That is so weird since i see my name and account on the top of the screen. What kind of single sign-on is that? You have my insurance info but you dont konw its' me? I used the forgot password functionality and did the captcha/not a robot thing like 5 times and i never got my reset password email.

Great, good quality product, could be faster on shipping. But they were great to replace my glasses for free when there was an issue with the color.
I should have tried on the glasses before counting on the size leg/temple being a good fit based on older sizings fitting well.
Great experience. They made it very easy to use and navigate their website. The technology they've chosen for PD tool is an excellent choice. Buying glasses from the comfort of your home saves a lot of time and energy. A great selection, but just wish they had a better variety of Gucci Glasses.
