Wow--you guys make it very easy to try on/purchase glasses. I've had good experiences both times that I've ordered from EBD.
I am very happy with the service that I received. I am satisfied with the eye glasses; although the extra thin hi-index I got didn't seem as thin as expected.
I made an error in measuring my PD and EyeBuyDirect contacted me and had me recheck my measurements. I had ordered another pair of glasses from a different company, and they didn't even mention to me that my measurement was out of the normal range. I love the glasses, even though the colour isn't as orange as picture on the website. Very pleased with the care that went into making my purchase a pleasant one.

This is the only place I will shop for glasses. I've been buying from these guys since 2017 (8 pairs so far). They have the best prices, styles, & customer service by far. People tell me they're skeptical of buying glasses online, but I'm never skeptical of EBD. I even decided to buy the same exact pair twice, when my prescription changed. I tried looking at other retailers, but they did not have styles that I liked or they were overpriced. I have vision insurance that pays up to $150 for my glasses and I would still have to pay more on my copay than if I were to just order on EBD without insurance. And their customer service is phenomenal. The lab accidentally sent me 2 pairs. I contacted customer service because my invoice on my order history showed 2 images of the same exact pairs. I thought I ordered 2 by mistake. I told the agent this and I was prepared to return them both, but he said no you only ordered & were only charged for 1 pair, but the lab must've accidentally sent you a 2nd one. He said I could keep it & that I wouldn't be charged for it. Their customer service never lets me down! I've seen other retailers that have only a 1 week return window or that make you pay for return shipping. EBD will let you return within 2 weeks and the shipping label is free. Shop with EBD and you won't regret it!
Really easy to shop and purchase glasses on the website. I bought 3 pairs and then wound up ordering another 3. I love 5 of them and am returning the one that just didn't look right in person. All in all, I'm very pleased.
I've ordered 4 pair of glasses from them. My first pair were great, and I love them. The next pair was described as sports sunglasses, but we're not. Sent those back and got sunglasses version of first, love those. Latest pair should be same prescription as the sunglasses, but it doesn't seem the same. Look nice, and I hope I get used to them.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
