Received my eyeglasses promptly on initial order. Style not satisfactory and EyeBuyDirect replaced them with a different style. The nose piece attachment to the lens frame was faulty, as it broke off when adjusted. EyeBuyDirect again agreed to replace, and I am now waiting for the replacement. If there is no problem with the replacement, I am satisfied with the service of EyeBuyDirect.
I like the glasses, but trying to change my order was a bit of a hassel. The website status did not match up with me receiving the order and so I had to call to get a return label for one order, even when the website said it had never shipped.
Firstly, the website is using deceptive sales practices by advertising 2-day delivery on select glasses, when in fact, once you arrive at checkout the additional $19 fee is not actually for 2-day delivery- it's for 2 day processing in addition to the selected shipping method. Secondly, while on a call with a non-managerial employee, I was placed on two long holds in an attempt to allow him to time to "locate a supervisor or manager", and then suddenly disconnected by from the line by the employee as I continued to wait. The employee agreed that the wording/marketing on the site was incorrect & deceptive, but stated there was nothing they were going to do to rectify this within his department and offered no assistance for resolving the situation to ensure 2 day delivery, when in fact they do have alternative options, according to the website under shipping, for UPS next day air which will account for 2 days including the day ordered. The products are nice, but the sales practices are deceptive and customer service is not only difficult to understand, but also extremely unprofessional.

I found exactly what I wanted at a good price- and I get compliments daily from people who like my glasses. They look good on me and they're lightweight, but sturdy. Fit my head and face perfectly.

These are my new favorite glasses. I wanted a look like a Ray Bans I saw in target (but not as pricey) and these came through. They're not too heavy on your face but are way sturdier than plastic.

Customer service is great—quick and responsive. Wish I could say the same about the product. First pair broke after a few weeks—left arm just snapped in to. Replacement pair looked so cheap. Thankfully, they allowed an exchange. Holding the third pair is the charm.

I picked out my prescription sunglasses first and then found some prescription glasses named "KAT" (which is my name) so I bought these out of impulse(BOGO sale so I thought why not) Let me say, I do NOT regret the impulsive buy at all. Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
