Love this site! It was SUPER easy to navigate compared to other glasses sites online and the virtual try-on function helped me LIKE CRAZY! The one thing is, I wouldn't log in from my amazon account in the future because it didn't want to accept my FSA card when I went to pay. Once I logged into a regular account like normal, though, everything went smoothly. Love the prices, styles, lens options, coupons (which it seems like are always available in one form or another) and the fact that you can donate a pair to a person in need. Awesome!
Love this site. Love the prices! Better selection than the optician. You can narrow your search and only look at what you like. The first time I used the site I ordered prescription sunglasses. They are great. Look cute and fit very well. This is my second try with this company for regular vision glasses... Hope it goes as smoothly as the first time.

Lots of frames to choose from and site was mostly user friendly. First time ordering online. If I did everything correctly, cost will be less than half of previous paid prescriptions.

I ordered a few frames to try on to figure out which pairs looked best. After deciding which ones I liked, I wanted to return them and get the ones I liked with my prescription. I thought it would be a simple process but it ended up being long and drawn out.
All I wanted to do was return the frames and then re-order the ones I liked, but with my prescription. Well, to return, you have to send customer service an email. They reply back relatively fast (avg. 7hrs) but they wouldn't just give me my money back or give store credit so I can repurchase the frames. Instead, they insisted on making me re-order the frames through email, the reason they gave was because it "saves me from shipping costs" (even though it's free shipping on orders of $100 or more - which mine equaled to).
There was also a deal going on for a "buy one get one half off plus an extra 15% off the whole order. I asked customer service if they would be able to honor the promotion through email, but I never got a reply (very strange, considering how fast they've responded in the past...). I really didn't want to miss it so I went ahead and bought the frames via the website.
I still haven't received an email back or my refund. It's a shame, they have nice products, but I'm probably not going to shop from them again... There are a lot of other sites out there that I'll try out instead next time.

Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
