I only buy prescription eyewear here. Since discovering this site 4 years ago, it's changed my glasses world. I can get two or more pairs of glasses for the price of my co-pay one one pair anyplace else. The selection is so vast I have to apply filters to limit my scrolling. Love all the choices and frame colors! Get yourself some sunglasses here. They make prescription sunglasses too.
Pretty easy to use. I have to replace some my son broke and I have our prescription's saved but it wouldn't let me use them. I had to put it in again. Not that it was hard just thought saving them would make it easier.

I've had two pairs where the arm snapped off, and a third pair scratched super badly when they got knocked off my face. Thought I would pay for the extra protective coating knowing I work with animals, but it didn't help. *shrugs*

The prices seem to be decent but when you offer a new customer a welcome code to buy from your site you would expect that code to be accepted. We will see how the rest of the process goes but not at impressed so far.

Shop else where... I've bought glasses numerous times from this company since 5 of us wear glasses, it is usually a quick turn around, but this last time was the worse experience. I placed an order on the 15th of March and the manifest says it shipped on the 21st, but their website said still beveling. I could not get a straight answer as to where the glasses were and what was taking so long. They only response was if you do not get them by April 2nd let us know! I am embarrassed that I recommended this company to friends. I am just so frustrated. They offered no apologies or credit to my account for my frustration. And their loyalty rewards policy is a joke - especially since nothing covers lenses. No coupons work if the frames are on sale, and how many glasses can you possibly buy in a year that is worth using.

LOVE! What's in a word? Well if we were defining Love, Eyebuydirect would be in there. I LOVE how fast I get new stylish glasses. I LOVE how I'm updated every step of the way. I LOVE that I can affordably update my style yearly and adjust the amount I pay based on the product I pick. I did have a pair break one time, I asked for a refund and I was promptly given directions to send them back. I did however fail to due so- and never got my fixed pair- but that was 100% on me.
I love every experience I've had so far and I believe I have ordered four times over the course of threeish years.
Cheap and great quality I'd definitely recommend and I'll be buying my glasses from this website from now on

They have glasses lenses at a super reasonable price. They are cute. They are fairly sturdy (most of mine last a year or two) and the lenses do what they need to. Shipping takes a little while, but at this price, who cares.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
