Ordered two pair of eye glasses (one was sunglasses) for the first time and wasn't happy with one pair. The return process was seamless and my exchange arrived in a very timely manner. I'll use them again.
Attempted to find sunglasses that accommodated my prescription which was cumbersome and time-consuming. Ultimately, called customer service and Anne was delightful in walking me through various options. Would be nice to know up-front, which lenses / options/ features would accommodate a saved prescription instead of learning after all details have been entered.
