EyeBuyDirect.com sells prescription eyeglasses and frames, as well as sunglasses.
The company has garnered a solid reputation for providing affordable, quality eyewear, with many customers praising the extensive selection and effective virtual try-on feature. Satisfaction with product quality is prevalent, particularly for prescription glasses, which are often noted as a cost-effective alternative to traditional retailers. However, concerns regarding slow shipping times and excessive communication, particularly following orders, have been highlighted as significant drawbacks. While most customers express overall satisfaction, the inconsistency in delivery and customer service experiences indicates room for improvement in operational efficiency and support responsiveness.

It was quick and easy my order arrived sooner than expected
I've used eyebuydirect before and I'm always satisfied! The site is a little hard to navigate sometimes, but the fact that they offer high quality and attractive plano blue light blocking glasses for those of us who just have extreme photosensitivity due to medical conditions is great!
Satisfied with product. Ended up paying just under $100. Better price than brick and mortar Rx glass places, but not nearly as inexpensive as it OUGHT to be. I have enough mfg experience to know that the cost of production is nowhere near the price, so they're still gouging the public, just not as badly as the big name chains.
Very happy, I got 2 day delivery, ordered Tuesday afternoon and received Thursday morning! Prices are reasonable, I will buy again
I ordered two glasses and both surpassed what I've expected! Great durable quality and the prescriptions is exactly what I put in! Highly highly recommend this website! I've placed 2 more orders right after my first 2 glasses came!
I love them both! They fit so well and the delivery was smooth and quick!
This is my 4th time buying glasses from EyeBuyDirect. With the amazing deals they have (BOGO etc) I'm able to get multiple pairs of glasses for all different occasions. And every single pair I have has lasted years. The virtual try on is great and ends up looking very close to what the glasses look like on in person, ordering and customizing your lenses is so simple, and delivery is fast! Last time I got 2 pairs of prescription glasses for $60. You literally cannot beat that.
Wish I would've known the order process of my glasses.
Excellent and super easy to order. Very user friendly.
Great quality, excellent prices, and fast shipping despite pandemic.
Guys, let me tell you, these glasses changed the game for me. First off, these frames were spot on from the "try on" feature and I look sharp. I've been complimented 3 times in the last day alone. Second, these glasses have elevated my study levels over 9,000. As a medical student, the blue lenses and perfect lens power were prophylaxis for my headaches and kept me studying hard! I recommend these spectacles to anyone who's trying to go from average to flex hypebeast clout dawg.
The frames themselves are very pretty however they are slightly flimsy. I'm not expecting high quality items from how much I paid, but they are very stylish, I do recommend for anyone who has a small budget, my frames last a year usually, which is fine since I like to change my style.
I had an issue with my shipping information and customer service was prompt and professional. My sunglasses came in expeditiously, were an amazing price and are great quality!
Love the look and feel. First time, won't be my last.
So quick, packaging secure and without any damage. The frames are bomb diggity! Exceptional quality and costs so much less than competitors. Repeat customer for the past 5 years. Thank you Eye Buy Direct!
I really didn't know what to expect but I definitely didn't expect them to be an absolute perfect fit. I love them, they're cute and perfect!
Easy fast loved my purchase waiting for another pair
Received one pair on Monday, and my other two on Thursday---2nd time I've ordered through EyeBuyDirect and had an excellent experience once again.
I ordered prescription glasses after my old pair from the eye doctor suddenly broke and it was such an easy process! From picking out frames to getting my prescription added everything was so smooth and even with all the coating options I chose I still had my glasses in just over 1 week at half the cost of my old pair! I ordered the octave frames and they are very light and comfortable to wear I could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you for a great selection, speedy delivery, and a quality product.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
