Ive been a customer of the EyeBuyDirect since several years. I like "playing" with my look, so I like to have different frames of my optical glasses - thanks to EyeBuyDirect I can have different styles of glasses and match them with the style of my outfit. The glasses are affordable and there are a lot of frames styles, colours, etc. It is also possible to choose different type of lenses, dependently on needs (tinted, with filter, etc.). I also bought glasses for my mom - one pair for reading and another for seeing from a disatence via EyeBuyDirect and she loves them! Also, excellent customer service - once my package with glasses get lost (was supposed to be delivered via USPS...), I contacted customer service and they immediately send me a new pair.

Eye buy direct doesn't have a ton of options, but the options in glasses they have are pretty top-notch. I've ordered so many pairs because they are so inexpensive... now people think I wear perscriptionless glasses for fashion! Lol But, nope, I just like different glasses for different outfits. Also, my boyfriend wears some pairs, because they really are unisex. Most of my pairs of glasses were like 9 bucks plus about 7 for the lenses. If you measure your face and compare it patiently with the measurement charts, you really get a good grasp on how they'll look on you. Plus, if you don't like them on you, you have two weeks to ask your friends how they look and send them back.

All the glasses come with a microfiber lens cleaning pouch and a pretty high-quality cardboard case. The case is actually nicer than most of my old real glasses cases. This site ships fast, too. It's really great! They give you a little repair kit with each pair, too which comes in handy for everyone else glasses, I haven't had to use them on these glasses at all yet. I have ten pairs from this site, and I'm really happy with them. They're extremely high quality glasses, much better than the ones my insurance would pay for, and MUCH more stylish. Great color options, too!

I needed new glasses and sunglasses since my prescription changed. I need progressive lenses so glasses get very expensive for me. While looking into online companies I found EyeBuyDirect. I was amazed by the prices and the fact that I could get three pairs of glasses for less than what one pair would cost me at a brick and mortar store was what sold me. I have never had so much fun trying on glasses! The try on feature is great and fun. I hope when the glasses arrive they are everything I am hoping them to be.

I've bought glasses from EBD twice now and each time the experience was really enjoyable - the interface, the styles. But it was the customer service that made me trust them. I got a pair of glasses that didn't fit well and I couldn't get them adjusted at the store. It was way past the grace period, but they still replaced the glasses in a timely manner, with another pair that cost less and refunded the difference. This company is awesome! Clearly they are playing the long game and are here to stay.

I've reviewed before but have a second chance to review. Order glasses in April, page $68 for frames and progressive lenses. Cute frames but extremely flimsy. I wore these glasses off and in alternating with another pair and three months later the frame itself broke. Called Eyebuydirect, was instructed to take a picture and email the picture to them and they would process a replacement pair. Did that, received adequate confirmation and about two weeks later I received my glasses. Ten days later, after wearing them occasionally, they broke in the same manner but on the other side of the glasses. At that point, with that poor flimsy cheap quality, I was done. Their customer service is very good but their products are of very poor quality. Maybe it was the frame, which was called Firefly, that was if questionable quality but I'm not going down that road again with them.
