My adult kids and I have all been buying from eyebuydirect for years. We each have 6-10 pair. My progressive bifocals cost so little I have a bunch of them & match them to my clothes like jewelry. The last pair I bought at an opticians cost $425
About a year ago I got a new eye exam and was ready to purchase new glasses, the price was more than 500.00, I though it over and decided it was too much. I took me a year of trying out different websites and finally I ran into to Eyebuydirect, I have ordered 2 pairs and I am hooked, they are great quality, stylish and price including prescription is reasonable. I can see clearly and I wear progressive, I am getting compliments from people who never notice anything I wear. I did buy a pair that was too heavy for me and returned them; got a refund and purchased another pair no problem, everything is seamless. It does take two weeks all together to receive the glasses but they are worth the wait.
I love the try on feature, and the deals are to die for. I also like that you can put in the specific measurements for the different parts of your glasses. What I didn't like: My prescription falls between the biopters they offer; when you put your measurements into the search feature, the first glider is easy, but then the 2nd one won't move unless you go do another one first AND if you get a pair of glasses all the way to the car and want to go back to get another pair, you have to reenter all the info; the search kept including frames that were not within my parameters, so I had to double check them all the time.

Im too lazy and blind to go out and try out new frames at my local optometry because every time I do, I have to go up super close to the mirror to see if it suits me and it usually doesnt help. And dont get me started with how pricey the super nice ones are. I heard about this site from my friend and decided to check it out. Everything is cute and affordable, and I love it. Im not sure how the Try Outs are with the pictures though like how accurate they are. Hopefully, I can always return it. I may even start a whole collection with frames if I like the ones I ordered.

I love rimless glasses! But at the eye Dr, they are usually over $400. With EyeBuyDirect, I get better choices and the glasses are GREAT quality and for a GREAT price! I LOVE the water resistant coating! Makes them so easy to clean! The last ones I got were Silver Line, and have been my most favorite glasses in my entire life! I know I will love the ones I just ordered... but PLEASE bring Silver Line back!

This was my first time ordering glasses online. The proof will be when I get the glasses... As for ordering, it was okay, but I had a tutorial from the nurse at the optometrist. She advised me to make sure I get my PD before leaving the office. Also, I learned there the size of the glasses needed for my face and NPD. I don't recall if I saw NPD on the site. Will add another review once I get the glasses.
Hands down the best website to order glasses. My suggestion is always get the buy one get one free, because if you do not like the first pair at least you have a backup. I know it can be scary to buy something you cant try on but for the prices they have its worth the risk. From by experience out of 10 pairs ordered i didnt like maybe 1 or 2. Pretty good odds.
This was the first time I tried to order on line. It took me 5 tries because it was a little confusing. Still don't know if I had information input correctly. Papillary Distance I know nothing about and it was not on my prescription. I hope that what I ordered is sent.

Easy to use website and it doesn't slow down my MAC like other websites. They have the option of uploading your own picture and try on glasses. It doesn't really match our face but it gives us some taste of how it would look on us. What is really helpful are those comments and pictures of the buyers.
