Great choices, excellent prices, worth figuring out the confusing web site. Took me several attempts to finally be able to order the glasses. I ended up contacting, via chat line, twice, and sent an email before figuring it out. But in the end after sending in my prescription via email, it appeared on the lens selection of the site. Nowhere on the site (at least that I found)did it tell you to send your prescription to their email address for inclusion in the order. I found out via the chat line. It should have a step by step guide to ordering. I'm sure there are a lot of confused customers who didn't persevere and perhaps went to a different site to get their glasses.
Initially I ordered two different pairs of reading glasses. It was simple and easy and the price was amazing. I am very happy with them. Then I tried to order two more pairs with the same prescription, and it was harder than it should have been. I should be able to click on my previous order to order more. Instead on that screen my only choice was to return them. Also, somehow my prescription wasn't saved, even though I remember doing that step on the first order, and there wasn't an easy to add it other than retype it. There obviously should be a way to add it easily, since it is there in the order history. I also didn't see a place for quantity, so I had to place my order twice. When I did that, in the shopping cart it then showed a quantity of two, but why did I have to go through the extra steps?
So I love my glasses but I didn't love second-time ordering. I would give 5 stars but for that.

To give you a idea of how much you will save I bought four prescription frames 2 regular and 2 sunglasses for the same cost of one pair of prescription Ray Ban sunglasses.
The frames are nice. I like the digital protection option. Please improve search options aims the "try on" photo uploader.

Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
