Never had a single bad experience I've bought over 5 pairs in the past 5 years
I've been ordering from eyebuydirect for years (here and there). Usually the promo code wouldn't work & I'd have to call to get a refund of the promo amount but this time it worked! I always would come to them because the site is so easy to use and the fashionable frames so the promo code not working never stopped me, but it being fixed now, I have ZERO complaints!

Buying eyeglasses here is easy and fast. The lenses are bit more expensive that the last 2 years, but inflation is everywhere
I was able to get a set of Palo Altos, also in black, with a purple gradient and a Swarovski Crystal inset into the left lens. Those options aren't available anymore, BUT, I know I'm still getting good glasses with just the basic clear lenses.
