The instruction were awful. Was missing 2 screws and 4 nuts. Fedx took an extra 2 days then left the package next to a sign that said NO Deliveries at front door. Please put all deliveries on carport.

Only complaint/gripe I had was that with the 22_25 tundras they have 2 air boxes requiring two filters. That wasn't listed and can confuse some people if they didn't check first.
Received the item ordered (open box RedRock step bars for Jeep Wrangler). Actually double packaged (original item carton + ET carton). Was aware that the parts had some scratches, etc. One bar has some scuff marks and is slightly out of shape. Put that bar on the passenger side. Had 3 washers for the installation missing. Had to run to local big box store to get replacements. Added some permanent marker to color black.
With a 4 man team, 2 hours to prep my Wrangler to accept the rack. Plan to remove the glove box, emergency brake cable from bracket, and other under dash components to access nuts on backside of windshield hinge.
2 hours to install cargo rack. While traveling, expect wind noise.
I haven't put the top on yet but it was an easy ordering process
