I went on line to order fenders for my sons 2024 Jeep Rubicon 4xe. When I placed the order I realized I had ordered the wrong part number and tried to cancel the order. It only allowed me to cancel the front fenders but would not let me cancel the back fenders. I tried multiple times with no luck. I then called you customer service line and they said they were sorry but could not do anything to cancel the order. They told me I would have to wait for the product to arrive, take two pictures and send that back to you all to be able to return the product. They also said I have 10 days to do this. I am not happy about the fact that I could not cancel the order completely within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Received the exhaust system in a couple days after purchasing. The install took about 2 hours and the product sounds great. It's loud enough to know you've put some upgrades on your truck but not loud enough to drown out the wife.
I was looking for a soft cover for the bed of my gladiator, I punched in the information and the TRUSHIELD by jeep popped up. Realizing it was 10pm mountain time I knew it'd be a day or 3 before it would be processed, instead the next morning I got an email saying my order was processed and would be shipped soon
Great process, delivery was smooth, and exactly what I needed to use my brand new spare that had never been rotated into my current set of tires! They work great and have performed well already in deep snow and mud out at elk camp recently! TMPS sensors are also great- no more sensor light at all!
Order only took a few days to arrive. Box was slightly damaged upon arrival, but that was not a big surprise due to the fact that it contained a heavy item. Packing materials inside the box was good and there was no damage to item.
