Purchased a FOX steering stabilizer hoping to aid in the wandering Jeeps are known to do. After the installation I noticed zero difference between the stock stabilizer and the FOX. I did notice that my wallet was a little lighter. My Wrangler Rubicon is a 2024 with stock wheel/tire package.
Bought an open box item in very good condition. Shipping was sent economy which took 11 days from date of purchase to date of delivery, although 4 of those days were weekend days. Apparently the shipping company they utilized doesn't work weekends.
Called to get some help regarding wheel lug pattern fit, customer service rep was helpful but I wasn't confident in his answer as to whether the wheel will fit or not. I ordered the wheel anyway, we'll see...

I needed the part ASAP. I received it fast and it was perfect.
I ordered an open box that was missing parts. They agreed to send me a small credit that did not cover the cost of the missing parts and hardware. After installing the bumper i noticed that they did not weld on the safety chain mount. This ITEM IS ILLEGAL and they will not let me return it. They told me after the fact that by accepting the credit i had FORFEIT THE WARRANTY AND THE ABILITY TO SEND THE ITEM BACK. This is shady practice and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

But I was not satisfied with the condition of my products condition when delivered. The box was totally destroyed and luckily everything thing looks to be okay.I guess I'll find out when I go to install.
