I had a call from extreme terrain before getting my order ensuring me that if it doesn't fit correctly, they'll work with me right away to replace it with the right fit. I made the product fit and am happy with the result.
We order all of our accessories from Extreme here at Mitchell CDJR in Alabama. Never had any issues.
Over all 5 stars for the site and all the great things to pick from the rock rails on the other hand I only give 4 stars they do not fit correctly and seem to be bent and rub the underside of the cab taking paint off do not recommend them if you love your paint
So I called asking for an exchange with this item still being brand new without installation, and I get a Satisfaction survey instead of instructions for the return and exchange. Priorities would tell you this should come after a successful exchange and a satisfied customer
Ordering was easy, installed easily everything was smooth
Overall experience was good. Had the part I needed in stock and shipped out and received quickly. The only downside was the driveshaft was hanging out of the box when I received it. Luckily nothing was damaged and I installed the front driveshaft and it fit and worked perfectly.
Received lights, waiting to get installed! I hope that get done this week.

I ordered the window visors for my wife's 2021 Jeep Wrangler for a Christmas gift. When they arrived the box was mashed and when I opened the box the visors were broke. I'm not happy at all.
These items are a gift for my son-in-law for Christmas. My only issue with Extreme Terrain is that they always ask for particulars about the car that I don't know, even for gift certificates. I can't proceed without answering the questions so I just make up my answers. For one of these gifts I really did need to know the make, model and color (which I had to ask, taking any surprise away) but in the past they always asked those questions when it wasn't necessary (as for a gift certificate).
Web site is easy to navigate. Enjoy looking at all Extreme Terrain has to offer. Found what I was looking for.
Very professional. The product is a gift so I cannot comment on it but The shopping experience was perfect.
