I ordered a muffler kit for my Jeep a while back and it was missing a piece. Extreme Terrain was awesome and gave me a credit. I used it (and a little extra) for new headlights! Great products and even better service.
Ordered rims with the incorrect offset, however the sales person ensured they would fit my truck etc...at any rate, i called back twenty minutes after placing the order to try and see if i could change rims from a -6 offset to a -12 offset (mind you still trying to do business with extreme terrain), but i was told the rims were already pulled and they cant do that (quite efficient it would seam), however once it came time to process my return of course they took their sweet time. Don't recommend doing business with them at all. I am in an off road truck club and will be sure to share my experience with the 100 plus members i am in constant communication with on a weekly basis. Thanks!

My horn did not work anymore and the airbag light was lit on the dashboard. After looking for the cause I saw that I had to change the clock spring. Watched a video on YouTube and replaced it myself (and I am a total mechanic rookie). It worked like a charm and fixed all my issues!

Exchanges aren't really a thing, so I had to buy another set of tires and wait for the tracking to show the first tires were delivered, even though the tracking on FedEx shows the tires were delivered. Then I get to load up, transport and unload the tires (Five 35" tires) at FedEx. All because I was given incorrect information.
My experience was normal or average compared to other online shopping.
The process for including local installation is unclear or concerning. I've had my product for 4 days now and purchased it over a week ago with no contact.
