Well, they say an hour and a half, be prepared to spend a good part of your day doing it! Multiple holes of three drilled. The diagram they give us off. Which is understandable because brackets could float… Required to drill big holes in your frame,, The hardware required needs to be trimmed down to fit through the frame holes. The bars ourselves have three holes in the bottom of them when I got them there's rust falling out of them! And once you get them on not straight with the Jeep! Different from side to side! For the money they should be! Why does it have them not sure! Ordered rust calculation sprayed inside it! Caped them off! Very solid bars! Just expecting better quality for the amount of money you spend on
Been looking for running boards for my 22 Toyota 4runner. After searching through several companies I decided on this one... my mistake. I put my year, make and model and it gave several that were compatible with my vehicle. Picked one and ordered it. When they arrived the box was open and the runners half out of the box. They were scraped up, so I called customer service. I was told I had two options, return them and be reimbursed or keep them and they would give me store credit. I opted for the store credit because I planned on giving them more of my business. So at the time I was having them installed I found out from my mechanic that they would not fit. Being extremely upset I again called customer service only to be told because I took the store credit that they were now mine and that was it. Now I'm stuck with running boards that don't fit my vehicle. Thanks Extream Terrain for taking my money and leaving me with upgrades for my Toyota I can't use... bad business
Shipping was fast and product was not damaged. Unfortunately the tabs included to reassemble the fenders were not long enough to attach the frame and made project nearly impossible. Had to modify the entire assembly process. It should have been that difficult!
Order was sent incomplete. Contact "customer service ", was told "oops your order is lost" was told they will re-do the order and send it out regular postage. I NEEDED the part 10 days ago. They would not even send the replacement out priority mail for their shipping mistakes!

The hood deflector fit perfect and installed pretty easily. It took me about 45 minutes to install. I like the look and it appears to be completely secure. Should do the job and looks great!
Order 4 shocks ariving on 4 seperate days in 4 seperate boxes Still waiting on last part. Had i known i would have ordered from someplace else that can get it done.

It was my first time purchasing products off your website. Part of the order was wheels and tire package. Well I just got it. I ordered this on Monday and it arrived today. Wednesday. Wow., that service. I'll be installing it tomorrow. Very complete kit and I like it already. It's replacing an aFE and I think it will sound just as good. I review again after install.

I had an issue with logging into my account to place an order so I called and ended up speaking with Santino in sales. He was able to get my order processed and shipped quickly. He then was able to get me to a customer service agent who quickly fixed my log in issues. I received my order within a week and cannot thank either of them enough!

I ordered a mesh top for my husband's Jeep for Christmas. A mesh top. We live in St Louis, MO, where the temperatures drop below zero in the winter. My husband drove to Florida in March for vacation, and to have a friend help him install the top, only to discover that it was the wrong top for his type of Jeep. I emailed ET and requested an EXCHANGE, not a refund... and they refused to help me because their "system" wouldn't allow them to process the return past the return policy date. They told me to contact the manufacturer (as if). What a joke. If they want to retain customers, they should have a mechanism in place to make exceptions to their rigid return policy. What were we supposed to do, dig the Jeep out of the snow to install a mesh top? Seriously? Why would anyone install a mesh top on their Jeep when it's below freezing outside? Now I am just out $269, and he still doesn't have the top he wants. Oh, and it's warm outside now. Perfect mesh top weather. Thanks, ET. We will never recommend you guys to anyone. Ordering was easy, received the storage unit but it didn't fit my 2025 Bronco. It advertised that it would fit the 2025 Bronco. I want to return it and get a refund, but was told I would get a replacement. I do not have a lot of confidence that the next one will fit. Prefer a refund.
