Bought lot of parts from them, and spent lot of money, 2 h after purchase i want cancel my order for some reasons, no way!, they said, they shipped already, like express.so i have to wait for order and return hope not gonna be problem

So listen placed an order for an item they said was in stock and would ship and be to me in 3 days. 3 days later I get an email that the order is delayed 8-10 weeks. It's a rain cover for my Jeep --- in 8 - 10 weeks I'll have the top back on her and won't need the rain fly. So the email says, "click link to cancel delayed order instead of waiting". Click the link and ------------------------------------- cyberhell ----------- nothing happened. So I go online and it says to send an email if you want your order cancelled. Send the email. Then get an update on my order because THEY HAVEN'T CANCELED IT! So then I have to call. I call and the person on the phone is RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE! Takes me 15 minutes on the phone to get the order cancelled and when I ask about the email cancellation not working or the link from the email not working I get rude attitude.

Ordered a bumper for a 2020 JL Wrangler. Received a confirmation email that shows this was correctly ordered. When receiving the shipping notification it shows a 2007-2018 JK bumper is being shipped. I contacted the company who informed me that I ordered the wrong one and I can ship it back for a return if I decide I don't want the part I ordered. The refused to acknowledge that they shipped the wrong item despite the emails showing that they infect shipped the incorrect item. Now, they will not respond to emails. It's a shame, as they ship quickly, I'd have loved to continue using them but now know they can't be trusted.

I ordered my boyfriend a lift kit for Christmas and due to it being middle of winter we didn't open the box to risk loosing things so we waited till summer and as we pulled the vehicle apart to start the kit was missing multiple pieces!
I called and they told me there's ABSOLUTELY nothing they could do about it because it's been past the 30 days. Not only did I spend over 500$ for a kit that has missing pieces but the pieces that were missing can't be bought separately. So I not only loose out 500$ I loose out on the entire product.
These people are god awful to speak with and no help at all what a waste of money

I made 2 orders from Extreme Terrain. I called and spoke to their "expert enthusiasts" for both orders.

The first order was a lift kit. I spent roughly 30 minutes on the phone discussing lift kits with the rep. I called them because the kit I wanted was listed as not in stock on their website. He helped me find one that was in stock and ready to ship. A few days later, I logged into my account to discover that the lift kit doesn't ship for 3 weeks. When I called them back they told me their website doesn't update the stock properly and they may or may not be able to cancel my order.

The second order was for a tire. I found the tire on their website and called to speak to their rep to make sure the order was correct. We made the order and I went to bed happy. I checked my account the next morning (11 hours later) and the guy ordered the wrong tire. I called to change the order (11 hours after making it) and they told me "the order is locked and we cannot cancel it".

This company is the reason Amazon is going to take over the world. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I purchased some nerf bars for my Jeep and the hardware was missing. I haven't been able to install now for over 3 weeks. I called 3 times already and they tell me that they are getting the hardware ready, asked to speak to a manager and they said nobody was available. First and last time I order anything from Extreme Terrain. No wonder there are so many bad reviews for this business, I should have read them before I made my purchase.

Worthless

I ordered some bushings for my wife's lifted jeep (could not get them locally) paid an extra $40 dollars for 1 day shipping on a $16 part because the sway in the rear end was to bad to drive the jeep. I ordered past the cut off time on Tuesday to get it Wednesday so I was still happy that they said the part would be here Thursday. Well today is Thursday and we get an update from UPS that the item was tendered to UPS at 10:45pm, Wednesday, and they could not have it here until Friday, so now our only vehicle is downed for now 3 days. We call extreme terrain to get our 1 day shipping fee refunded but these jokers cannot refund us until we received our shipment. Not to mention they are blaming UPS for not picking up in time for 1 day shipping even though the label was not created until after 10pm Wednesday. Plus UPS site clearly states a delay because the item was not tendered in time. Atleast these yahoos still think they are doing a good job... I am here to tell you that your customer service is worthless and they all need training on how to keep customers. I wish I looked at the reviews 1st. I would take a photo but I still do gave my parts.

DON'T BUY

I purchased running boards in September 2019 from Extreme Terrain for my 2019 Jeep unlimited. They were not installed ( did myself) until end of October... My Jeep has not been off roading and park inside a garage. The boards were over 300.00 so I'd say
Mid-range price point. Today June 2 2020 less than 1 year... I notice the paint is bubbling and it is rusting! Literally less than 1 year! Now it is just one section and only on 1 board... wow weird... it must of been defective since both have been in the same environment And only one area/side is affected... so I called assuming not a big deal and they will stand behind a product. WRONG... which is why you should steer clear of this company! Who sells a product that is OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE... and tells me you only had 30 days to return!
Umm well I guess I'm (Un)lucky that it didn't rust within 30 days! Like how can you give 30 days! I did not want my money back... I didn't want a new set I literally wanted 1 drivers board to replace the rusted one on my NEW Jeep. I didn't even think car parts actually rusted anymore! Except junk so there you go... junk is what I received. So just pay the uncharged price at the dealer since they would stand Behind their product... For at least a year!
Ridiculous! If you zoom in on photo you can see the bubbling of the paint... this is not near heat not the area that is stepped on...

Sagging roof

Product bought: J******* - Bestop Sailcloth Replace-A-Top w/ Tinted Windows - Black Diamond
After less than 6 months the soft top stretch so much every time it rain i have a lake on top of my jeep.
I called for the warranty and was told it's only 30 days.
Will not buy from this company ever again. Inferior product

Website was misleading stating that "Special Order" product (off road bumper) ships in 1-2 weeks. Sales person assures me that it is in stock because they buy several of them so customers don't have to wait for the typical lead times from the manufacturer. After not hearing anything from them it took two days to reach someone. They told me that the product won't be shipped for another 5 weeks because they don't keep those in stock. They tried to blame it on the "pandemic" then said it was the information being given to them by the manufacturer (in Utah). When asked why nobody informed me of this, why the website is misleading, why the sales person was dishonest... they had no response. They adamantly said there was nothing that could be done - no way to get the product faster, no discount to compensate, no gift card or even a coupon for a future purchase. They didn't care if I canceld the $2000+ order either. I would not recommend this company and would suggest going elsewhere.

I ordered a lockbox from this company. A few days later, I got an email instructing me to return my item. However, I had never even received it yet. I checked my bank account and saw that the money had been removed from my account but never refunded. I called the company to ask what was going on. The associate who answered was extremely rude, and treated me as if I was a nuisance for even calling. He informed me that the product had been discontinued. I replied "Oh ok. So I guess it has to returned then." His response was laughter, and then "Well, I don't think you're gonna get it." There was never any apologies, or even a kind word. Everything he said was condescending and rude. Even though I was not getting the item I had already paid for. I had to even request that the company refund me for an item that I wasn't going to receive. I will never order from this company again.

Website had a coupon offer as follows:
"GET $50 OFF on 5/28 when you spend $200 now USE CODE: MAY50
1. Spend $200 between now and 5/17 using the code above
2. Earn a $50 off a $300 coupon to use between 5/28 and 6/4
3. Your coupon will be emailed after you complete your purchase. Limit one per customer."

So I spent $230 on 5/15 and no coupon was emailed. I called to inquire as to why that was and girl that answered knew nothing about it. She kept putting me on hold to ask her supervisor my questions. I was told that there isn't any coupon that will be emailed and that I had to spend another $200 to get the coupon applied. I stated, "So you're saying I have to spend $400 now to get the $50 credit?" Her response? "Well, technically, yes."
If you can make any sense out of line #2 on their coupon you're doing better than I am, "Earn $50 off a $300 coupon..."? So my coupon is worth $250 now?
I tried to attach a photo of their coupon, but I was unable to size it right for this site, but you are seeing a direct quote above. No credit was ever given to me.

Missing part, horrible customer service and experience. Use another company!

They sent my order and it was missing a part. They said they would send the missing part and never did. Then they required me to return the entire order and once they received the order they would send a new one.

The entire experience was horrible. I will never use this company again and suggest you don't either!

Worst service ever

Placed a order $116 free shipping over $75 great. Ship half the order and the other part they ship postage due? So refused that. Then try to get a refund. No one there with a brain was on the phone for a hour for a $19 part shop somewhere else!

Ordered a in stock Sherpa Rack for my JK. Sight reported the rack was in stock and ready to ship. The following week received and email saying shipping was delayed due to COVID 19. With a coupon for 10.00 off any purchase. Got on line and ordered some good quality off-road lights. Got a tracking with in an hour that they had been shipped. Thought this was odd as my in stock order from the previous week was still "processing ". 5 days and I get my new off road light "kit". Is supposed to be two higher quality lights and a wiring kit. In the box is one 15.00 dollar work light. I call and the customer service person is apologetic but states he will email me a return label. That means I have to go to my office and print it out re box this light and drive 30 or 40 min to a UPS store. Not happy. Second the rack I'm told is "not sure why it hasn't shipped". This is my first purchase from ExtremeTerrain. And I'm very disappointed. No offer to just keep the cheap light no I have to return it to get my order that was paid for plus my 600.00 Sherpa rack can sit until they either truly get it stock or what? After trying to find a UPS shipping store near and finding I have to drive 20 min one way I canceled all my orders and will not be returning! Terrible first impression! Now I just have to wait 7 to 10 days for my refund on the rack and 15 to 20 days for the refund on my lights because they won't refund until they get their POS $15.00 light back. Hope it was worth losing the money I spent and better yet the money I planed to spend in the future.

I ordered 8 rims over two months ago. I've been told they would be in next month, next week, that company isn't able to make rims right now due to Covid and they are located overseas, and two days ago I was told they were getting 30 in the next day. Today I was told
They are still on back order. I just checked every rim
Fro this brand (Rovos) and they only have 1-3 rims for each model.

I have purchased a number of items and some have been what I wanted some I returned because I totaled a car. I have called into their "customer service" only to be promised a return call but that NEVER OCCOURS they will make refunds but they apparently don't want to communicate with their customers. I am due refunds for some returned items some of their refunds are then what they should but as I say they will not talk to you... So I would beware and be very careful on any business you due with this firm.
