I am very disappointed in extreme right now. I ordered redrock hd drop side step that cost $162.00 but i received AMP power side step that cost 2,200.00 so i called Extreme about the mix up and they send it back we will return your money but they no longer have that item, that really pissed me off. So, I'm thinking about keeping it and maybe reselling it and make some money. I wish someone from Extreme would talk to me. I think this is going be my last order from Extreme

Just because they have the same year jeep in the instructions/description as you doesn't mean that the parts you order will fit yours. If you order something keep in mind that there is chance it won't work/fit/ or match up to your application. I had to send back the side steps I ordered because even thought the video said they would fit they absolutely did not. I ended up breaking a bolt off in the underside of my jeep. Now I have a new ordeal to go through. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that the WELLVisors Bamboo Charcoal Dash Mat is not fitting your vehicle. I checked into this and see it should fit a 2024 Jeep Wrangler JL as you have listed this as your vehicle. So I'm not to sure what is going on here with it, I see your replacement is processing and will be released once your return is scanned by FedEx. I'm hoping the first one that did not fit was just a defect by the supplier possibly and you have no issues with the replacement. If you do however encounter problems with fitment make sure to contact us right away and provide photos so we can dig into this further to determined where the breakdown is.
