I had never used extreme terrain before but I gave them a shot because the part I needed was listed as in stock when others I had used in the past were out of stock. I placed my order and paid with paypal. All was good until the next day I received an email stating the part wasn't in stock was delayed for a month. A month later and no part but I have another email about the shipment being delayed again and another couple emails just like that one. I placed my order on 4/10/2025 and as of now my estimated arrival date for my part is 9/2/2025. I'm out close to 400 dollars waiting on my part that was in stock and ready to ship when the order was placed.

I place a large order yesterday, then realized I had forgotten to enter the JULYGIFT2025 promo coupon. I called in to see if your associate could add it to my order. He checked with his supervisor and found out that he could not modify the order. He was able to enter the promo as a separate transaction so I could still get credit for you. He did clarify that the promo items would be shipped separately at a later date. Every time I have had to call in about an item or order, things are handled quickly and to my satisfaction.
Parts were shipped really fast. As soon as order was placed. Order got reviewed that same day and shipped later that afternoon.
