Grabbed a couple T-shirt's while they were on sale, XT had quick shipping and delivery as they always have.

I ordered a grill for my Jeep Wrangler. After I placed the order, I didn't receive a confirmation number. Just a notice on the screen to go to my email account to validate my email. I never received an email to validate and then couldn't check on my order because my email wasn't validated. I called customer service and explained what happened. The CS rep said they resent the email. Never received it. I asked to have it sent to another email which they did and still never received the link to validate. I then saw they charged my credit card and when I told the CS, they informed me it was because I validated my order. Which I never did. I then asked to cancel the order since I wouldn't be able to track it and they asked me the reason why I wanted to cancel. Really?! The whole process was frustrating. My credit card still shows the charge and I now will most likely have to dispute with my bank. Not sure if this is a scam?

I've ordered quite a few modifications for my jeep and had a great experience with most of the items. The swing case was disappointing to the fact it did not fit with the tonneau cover I had and it did say it would so I had to remove the top lid from the swing case instead of going through the hassle of returning it. They're customer service is great and I will continue to order from them as long as they keep providing good quality items at competitive prices and great customer. All around very pleased with them.

When you got a question they were basically quick to getting back quickly. Only downside is the YouTube videos and the directions for the lift I done they left couple things out on the instructions compared to the video.

Fairly decent ordering experience. Won't ship smaller items to P. O. Boxes but seems to be a common error with how the check out process is setup through the site. Friendly sales rep's along with good communication skills that are able to get product shipped outta the shop & onto your door step within the next few business days..

2017 jku with 37x13.50 with 14" wide wheel with 4" lift. When I purchased the jeep all of this was already done. I replaced all the steering components with steersmarts products and they have been great but I started to get steering wiggle and an up and down bounce at speeds 30-45 mph. Got really annoying as those are speeds that I am usually at driving through town. I assumed the jeep still had the stock ball joints and knew they wouldn't handle that set up well. Bought the teraflex ball joints and had them put in. I can do a far amount of mechanical stuff with the jeep but decided to let someone else deal with this. Picked up the jeep and it drives great now. No more steering wiggle and no bouncing! In the process of beefing up the front axle now but I couldn't be happier with these teraflex ball joints. Pricier than others but so far they have been well worth the cost!

The item was not packaged very well, the container was beat up, box was torn and full of holes! Minor damage to the Bumper, I was able to paint the damaged area's.

First off, I was able to place my order after 9pm was is awesome for gearheads that work regular jobs and have to wait for the weekend to wrench on our own projects. Also EXTREME props to Charity S. For being so helpful.(like what I did there) After moving up tire size, I needed an adjustable track bar to center the rear axle. Charity S, helped me narrow my decision, placed my order and I received it quick. My TJ is a DD on road use, but this thing is more than tough enough for anything I'll throw at it. Huh, Just noticed this review was supposed to be for Red Rock wheel spacers. I'm out of space but, these are perfect for my app. Well made, can't go wrong with these if you need more clearance. Love the stance!
