Overall good. Correct parts arrived quickly and was at a decent price. The only complaint is that right after I ordered I needed to cancel the order (within an hour of ordering) and was told that I could not cancel. I was also told that I'd be receiving a $15 coupon to use and it was not in the box.
I received Technical Support from Chad to answer a question I had regarding fitment. Chad also followed up with me several days later. He also provided me with a small discount which was a plus. When the discount did not go through Chad professional he sent me a $15 credit towards my next purchase.

Everything is perfect, except me! Guess I am to the point of having to admit to being a little too old for the Jeep cover, as I simply found it too hard to use. If you are a little taller than me, with longer arms it would help, or, have 2nd person help putting it on. I did finally manage to get it installed, and it fits great so yes, I would recommend this cover.

I ordered a grill for my Jeep Wrangler. After I placed the order, I didn't receive a confirmation number. Just a notice on the screen to go to my email account to validate my email. I never received an email to validate and then couldn't check on my order because my email wasn't validated. I called customer service and explained what happened. The CS rep said they resent the email. Never received it. I asked to have it sent to another email which they did and still never received the link to validate. I then saw they charged my credit card and when I told the CS, they informed me it was because I validated my order. Which I never did. I then asked to cancel the order since I wouldn't be able to track it and they asked me the reason why I wanted to cancel. Really?! The whole process was frustrating. My credit card still shows the charge and I now will most likely have to dispute with my bank. Not sure if this is a scam?
