I ordered a new wheel bearing because mine was going out on my Jeep. It delivered pretty quickly like normal but unfortunately the new bearing I ordered was used and had broken wheel speed sensor. I called about returning and getting a new one as quick as possible since it is a safety issue driving on a wheel bearing that is going out. The reason I am disappointed is there was no concern about helping get a new wheel bearing quickly despite this being your company's mistake. Other companies who stand behind their products apologize for their mistake and ship out a new product that day to make up for that mistake and only charge if the product is not returned within a certain time period, they don't make you return something, wait 24 hours for store credit and then order a new one and wait for it to ship. Thankfully I ordered a second one a few days after I bought the first one because I figured if one side was going out the other wouldn't be far behind. I didn't know at the time it would be a good backup for your companies mistake and lack of urgency to help.
