I received fender lights that were obviously a returned item. Customer service was great. They immediately sent me a return Fed Ex label. Extreme Terrain's policy is they will resend the order as soon as a tracking number is sent to them by Fed Ex. I received an email the very next day that my reorder was sent. Received the correct fender lights in 2 days. Couldn't be happier with Extreme Terrain's customer service.

Super satisfied with the product. Literally took 10 min to install the headlights. Great quality too

Only gave a 4 because price, however I'm satisfied with it coming from USPS maybe because they just processed the order for Jet. I actually didn't notice a difference because only two days ago I installed the throttle controller I ordered at the same time

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. PICTURES HAD LEAF SPRINGS, SHOCKS, U-BOLTS, HARDWARE, ETC IN OPEN BOX ADVERTISEMENT. WHEN PACKAGE ARRIVED THERE WERE NO LEAF SPRINGS. CALLED AND WAS TOLD LEAFS WERE NOT INCLUDED. THEIR MISTAKE. FU DID OFFER A 200.00 REFUND AND IT WOULD COST AN ADITIONAL 600.00 FOR SPRINGS. NEVER AGAIN! SENT PACKAGE BACK!
