I placed an order for a luggage rack, then was literally deluged with unnecessary questions about my truck. They even tried to tell me "where" to go for installation, which at this point, came across as a control tactic so they could get the info I refused to give another way. These questionable tactics usually lead to unwanted, high pressure, offers to buy my truck from me, so I recognize them immediately. When I refused to give more info, I got "sarcastic responses" that made the entire purchase process extremely unpleasant! Delivery was initially guaranteed on a Saturday, but didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. Emails sent about delay went completely unanswered. Now, nearly a week later, I'm asked for a review. I'm DONE!
