Poor. None of the parts fit. Selection of parts was poorly chosen on ExtremeTerrains part. Could not reach support by phone, was directed to a bot over and over again. Hassle to return products.
I'm disappointed with the top. Not because of the quality Best top is the best. The problem is that it did not come with everything that you advertised in the installation video. Not to mention I could have gotten a better deal with quadratec and it comes with all the parts.

I ordered a drive axle hub for my 83 cj7. It shipped the same day as advertised. Wow, I was impressed. Received it within 3 days. I opened the box, and exactly what I ordered. There was one difference though, but with a phone call, they sent me a download to follow. Worked like it was supposed to. Thank's for great customer support and great product.
Items arrived on time. Tuner worked out perfect. The foot pegs I ordered. One was missing. And the packaging was horrible. But I am in contact with the company about that right now

After purchasing our first Jeep Wrangler a few weeks ago we wanted to upgrade some accessories and found everything we were looking for on the Extreme Terrain website. The products came within a few days of ordering and the quality of the products was excellent.
I have ordered from Extreme Terrain a few times now and have always received the correct parts and always on time. Sales is very easy and website is top notch. Yes I would recommend Extreme Terrain for your off road parts.
Very good! All orders purchased were received in a very quick time frame. All parts ordered were exactly what was advertised. Web site for ordering is top shelf.
No problem with Extreme Terrain really. Purchased Rugged Ridge front steel grab handles and they work great but installation was not made easy due to the written instructions wrongly reversed the proper long and short bolt locations. Thankfully they included a layout picture that was correct. Also the front door post where the long bolt goes is hollow so don't drop your 13mm socket down it when removing the OEM bolts.

I recently purchased the Rock-Slide Engineering Basic EZ Rack Kit from Extreme Terrain, and while I'm very happy with the product, the purchasing experience was strange. For whatever reason, the XT website added two kits to my cart when I only asked for one kit. Not realizing this, I placed my order and subsequently received two kits. This required me to send one kit back, which cost me $10 in shipping. In the future I will be more careful when purchasing items from XT.

Was easy to shop on-line for the headlights. I like that I could read the honest reviews and see actual pictures on Jeeps from other builds. Makes it easier to visualize and make good decisions. The prices are reasonable, the options are great, and the simplicity to use the site is wonderful. Everything arrived as expected and in great condition. Looking forward to the install!
