Wrong parts in kit for Yukon gears. In the process of getting correct kit. I first called extreme terrain and they said I had the correct parts. I contacted yukon tech support with the part numbers I received from extreme and they said I had two rear gears and piñon shipped. Should have been a front and rear.
Easy app purchase with quick shipping. There was a small issue with the "pre-drilled" holes for the fog light brackets were not threaded properly and the tiny Allen wrench could not turn the M4 screw in. Went and brought some metal hex screws to mount. Otherwise love the new look!

I was concerned with an item while I was placing my order online so I asked in a chat window to confirm I was ordering the correct item. Within 2 minutes I was given the information I needed and was able to complete my order. The order was ready to be shipped within an hour. Very prompt.
The ordering, shipping and part itself were all very good. The part I ordered needs to be wired into the cars wiring harness. For those people that are not professional installed, splicing into the wiring harness is not an easy task. The instructions were grainy black and white pictures that gave me absolutely 0 confidence that I was installing the part correctly. I would recommend that any product that needs electrical wiring be accompanied with a detailed step by step video online.

I have a 2022 JL Rubicon Unlimited. I was in the market for a front bumper, stubby style. Found one that I liked the look of and that also took my factory LED fog lights. Found this one and decided to pull the trigger. Upon receiving the bumper I immediately noticed the box said it was for a 07-17 JK. I was immediately shocked and honestly felt a little frustrated. Before opening the box I took pictures. I immediately went on to the Extreme Terrain customer help chat and although I cannot remember the name of the person that helped me, he was tremendously helpful. He checked with the customer service lead and they confidently said it would fit my Jeep with no issues. I asked if the return would be covered due to not being my mistake, should it not work, and they assured me it would. It did indeed fit with no issues and they were professional and confident in telling me so. Great experience with Extreme Terrain and I also love my bumper from RedRock.
