Ordered front and back brakes. All necessary hardware came with them. Install was simply. Removal was another story. Videos were helpful. Ability to talk to a real person to verify fitment was also nice.
When I opened the boxes, all of the weights from the balance had fallen off of every tire so I had to go to a shop and pay for it.

Super fast shipping, and lift kit looks and feels great on my Jeep now. I know this is a small thing, but I didn't receive a OME ball cap in the order and I saw it was in the description on what's included.
Items arrived quickly and it fit my vehicle like a glove. Quality of material was better than what I expected.
Order was completed and shipped quickly, the issue was FedEx kept delaying delivery so it took over a week to receive the item which was a transfer case switch. A small package took that long to deliver and it looked like they kicked it around a few times before it got to me because the box it was in looked rough.
I ordered two Raxiom Axial fog lights for a 2nd gen Tacoma. One fog light was correct, and the other was not. The thread pitch for the adjuster was too small. I have had difficulty with Extreme terrain customer service in the past, so instead of dealing with that hassle I just changed the hardware on the truck to use the wrong fog light.
