Visually the runners look great. However during install it became clear the engineered design could be better. Not much outside lip for the U bolts to connect to so kept slipping. Eventually got it to work. Hoping it stays and doesn't slip again. Also had to go to hardware store to pick up a nut that was Mis-sized. A screw was also deformed but was able to make it work.

New grill is great. Very easy to install with the plug and play connectors.

I am so pleased to get to talk with an American for customer service. A+++

My buying process was great. I also added on local installation, which will happen in a few days. There has been a ton of communication throughout the process which is ideal.

I ordered the retrax bed cover for my 23 tundra came in quick. I love how it turned out on my truck!

Once you enter your make model and etc. it was as easy as pie! They have all the things you could ever want or need with pics, install videos and the whole lot. Thanks so much extreme terrain you guys rock!

Claims items are in stock and charges you for them as if they will be shipping it shortly. 6 weeks later and no communication unless I'm the one reaching out to find out what is going on. Latest was told it will ship in 3 more weeks making it almost 10 weeks they have had my money and I still don't have a product. Never offered an option to cancel. Just bad business to charge for something that you don't have in stock and don't know when it will be available.

I ordered online from website, good quality, a little pricey with shipping charges.

I ordered an end link assembly and tie rod. I needed the parts fast, and at the time of order was told delivery would be on 9/3. Well 9/3 came and went and no part arrived, and I had no vehicle until 9/5 when the parts arrived. Of course when inquired to find out why the parts were not delivered as stated, no one wanted to accept responsibility and excuses were made. Disappointing for sure.I will not order from here again.

Been eyeing some headlights for a while but wasn't completely sold on them. Asked a representative if I could avoid the feature & they said yes & even offered a discount. Those 2 reasons are what made me purchase them right away.

In researching multiple websites extreme terrain listed they had an item in stock. I placed my order on August 20 to be advised finally on September 8th that the supplier who they order it through is back ordered until mid September. When I was advise previously it was end of August. Contacted supplier directly and not in production until mid October….so the item was not in stock according to their website, I canceled my order and found it on the competitors website

Customers should not have to pay for shipping insurance.
Your company should stand behind your products and your shipping carrier.
Your prices are already too high.
If my product arrives damaged I expect the company to make it right.
My order came without any problems.
The Jeep products I bought are beautiful and undamaged as expected.
The prices are a bit higher but for these items I will not complain.
Very happy with Extreme Terrain so far.
