Horrible experience - i spent 2500 on new wheels and they sent broken ones, had to fight to get them replaced and get reimbursed. Never do business again

Fenders showed up pretty quick. They look really good. Especially painted but the wiring instructions are terrible.
Received the item, needed to return because it did not fit, submitted pictures multiple times and still received emails that pictures were required. Still no resolution

They have excellent RMA and return service. They happily refund you if there's any issues. You can also easily earn store credit and freebies like stickers just by posting reviews and photos of your purchases.
The reason for the one star is that I was ordering through a phone call with one of your reps CHRIS and tried using my Visa credit card but your system rejected it for some odd reason so I changed cards and that too was rejected which means that YOUR REPRESENTATIVE CHRIS WILL. NOT RECEIVE HIS COMMISSION...AND TO ME THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I again tried to place my order online using those same two cards and again they were rejected...AGAIN THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I wound up using my PayPal account for the order. Unless these problems are resolved, and I have to be notified by an email or phone call that both of my complaints has been accomplished... THEN I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.

Every time I have ordered anything from Extreme Terrain, it has always been delivered on time and as advertised. No exception with the Hitch Mount Flag Pole. I have ordered 3 and all are sturdy, the powder coating is thick and durable. Very happy with my purchase as well as worth the price.
All items fit. No issues with my purchases from your website. I have a Jeep jl but I am currently restoring a Cherokee xj. Your site does not let me load an xj but still gives me parts.
This is a very nice shelf organizer for the price and it blends in nicely. Very easy installation. I would have gave it 5 stars but I didn't notice the ( May not fit factory XM radio) until opening the shipping package, it was printed on the box. Hope this info helps.
