How does a relatively complex part not come with manufacturer instructions? Poor performance DV8 poor performance Extreme Terrain.
I placed my online order on Sept 13 for factory rear window liftgate struts. The following day (Sept 14) another e-mail advising the order was shipped. Here i sit some 10 days later (Sept 24) and no signs of my order have been seen. I certainly won't be ordering anything else from you.
Blackhorse roll bar and weathertech tonneau cover; recommended by extreme terrain customer service, do not fit together on a jeep gladiator.
Tonneau cover is in the process of being returned for a full refund.

The seat cover was completely sewn together wrong! The plastic piece that was supposed to be at the back part of the seat, that should have slid under the back rest part of the seat and then tided down, was sewn on the side by the center console.

To me, it just seems a bit long to get any information on my order.
Shipping was great and arrived early, only to realize when I went to install them that they won't fit! Customer service was great, but I had to repackage them and take them to a FedEx drop off site to return. Hope to receive credit soon and I'm now afraid to order something else for fear of having the same issue!
