I love the products and the selections. Customer service is good. Marketing is absolutely annoying! I bought Mopar Running boards /side steps the very first time to the website. I get minimum of 2 emails and 2 text daily telling me to order the exact product I bought and own! I order more products exactly the same a constant mail storm of emails and text telling me to order the exact items I have purchased! I absolutely hate the unintelligent marketing.
The OEM running boards I was looking for were easy to find and easy to order. They were promptly shipped and arrived exactly when promised. They were also very easy to install. I would recommend this product and Extreme Terrain.

Front and rear RC Diff Skids. HEAVY DUTY. Two person job for rear. Look good but fighting a slow leak on the front. Nothing some more RTV won't fix... Only one real gripe but that is a Rough Country design on the front Diff Skid where the U-Bolt attaches. They use a 1/2" nut and the 1/2" socket has a hard time fitting in there.
Good as always. I have a 2009 wrangler so more to come.

I had a problem with a part I ordered and customer service walked me through it in a professional manner.
Purchased an open box item so I expected that there would be a few scratches and stuffs on the item, no problem there, my disappointment came when my item was delivered by FedEx and I noticed that the box item was shipped in had a substantial hole in it and when I moved it parts inside began to come out of this hole.
Additionally after opening the box I was greeted by a real mess, obviously everything was in disarray, plastic bags of nuts and bolts were open and everywhere and it was easy to see the whole thing was just thrown in the box haphazardly and shipped, many installation parts missing.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!
