I recently purchased what I thought was a set of replacement door hinges for our Jeep Wrangler. I scheduled time a month out with our Jeep dealership to get the hinges replaced (the OEM hinges were failing and one door hardly opens). I dropped it off this morning only to get a call telling me that I had in fact purchased only an "exterior" set of hinges and that I would need to buy a separate set of 'body' hinges, which I've now done. And I have to get the repairs rescheduled and get the car back over there again next month.

It would be a better customer experience - and good business, as well as relatively easy - to auto-prompt a customer at time of purchase whether they want/need to buy the "full set" of hinges. It would have saved me time and aggravation, as well as the $45 cost of an unexpected Uber back to the dealership.

Items came on time, in good condition. Some even came before the expected time frame.

Fast and knowledgeable customer service. Wheels came delivered in mint condition with tires already mounted and balanced.

I ordered an open box rear bumper for a Toyota Tacoma. After a little prep painting, I installed the bumper and it looks great! Open box purchases can be risky but this worked out great.

There was a miscommunication of a charge back by paypal. After this was resolved, my extreme terrain account was flagged and I could not make a purchase. I called customer service to explain and though the agent seeminglyling understood the misunderstanding, there was nothing they could do to release the ban of my account.

I ordered a set of four wheels, and the packages showed up in good shape and on-time. I had the wheels mounted at a local tire shop, but 3 of the 4 wheels were non-round, which was discovered on inspection after returning to the shop with major vibrations/bumpiness after installation.

I had my original wheels put back on and I asked that Extreme Terrain refund me for the wheels, which still had me down >$200 for installing and un-installing the non-functioning wheels. They initially would not allow a return and insisted that they send me 3 replacement wheels, which I obviously didn't want after seeing how poorly-made they were. (Also, the shop didn't mark the single good wheel, so I wouldn't even know which three to return).

Finally, they allowed me to simply return the dud wheels I was sent. Still had to eat the installation fees, and the whole process was made way more difficult than it had to be.

I received my order promptly and in the condition that was expected! I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you!

Bought side steps for my Jeep, shipment was fast and exactly what I ordered.

The bumper was difficult to apply on my 2018 toyota tacoma. The studs were too short so I had to purchase longer bolts and on top of that, two of the nuts were welded backwards so I had to leave two studs off. Bad experience! I think the bumper or the mounting brackets are warped because it doesn't fit 100% straight!

No complaints. The best. It's made my Jeep the way a Jeep should be driven...Extreme!
