WELL THE LIFT GOT DELIVERED FAIRLY QUICKLY, BUT AFTER INSTALLATION I REALIZED THERE WAS A MANUFACTURE DEFECT. THE PASSENGER SIDE TIE ROD END HOLE IN THE SPINDLE WAS DRILLED TOO LARGE. COULD HAVE BEEN A BAD SAFETY ISSUE IF IT WAS NOT NOTICED. AFTER THE REALIZATION I HAD TO RE-DO EVERYTHING I HAD JUST DID AND PUT ALL THE STOCK SUSPENSION BACK TOGETHER. WHEN I WENT TO DO THE RETURN THE SHIPPING INFO HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SO I CANT EVEN RETURN THE ITEM.
Had what I was looking for! Unfortunately when the package arrived, it had been mis labeled and was not the product nor quantity I ordered. The return process is very frustrationg. I love Extreme Terrain and their selection of stuff, but in this instance I didnt get what I ordered. They are currently trying to make it right I believe. Also, they use FED EX and, and FED EX sucks.
Side Steps were as described in appearance. All parts were included, and installation was fairly easy as I followed the video on the website. Delivery was on time; however, box was slightly damaged in transit and as result the side steps banged against each other causing some rub marks and scratches to the side steps. The packing could be better to alleviate damage.
The product was fine and purchase was fine. The shipping however was delegated to FedEx. They damaged a $700+ bumper in shipment. While they may or may not have been the cheapest shipper, they simply aren't careful with expensive items. Instead of making a lengthy claim with FedEx, we need this bumper replaced so a repaint is in my future on this one. Will consider other vendors in the future because of shipping options other than FedEx.

Super easy to order, was emailed my confirmation then delivered as promised with product in prefect condition
The valve cover grommets fit perfectly for my 1987 Jeep Wrangler YJ 6 cylinder aluminum custom valve cover.
I ordered a light bar that came damaged. During the return process I was told to ship it out the same day and a new on would be shipped once FedEx received it. I shipped it and called and ask when the new one would be sent out to Monday morning as FedEx had already did its pick up. On Monday there was no shipment from FedEx scheduled. I contacted them and was assured I would have it by Wednesday. It didn't ship out until Tuesday, and I didn't get it until Friday. It was too late to cancel and they want to charge me for a return. I won't be doing business with extreme terrain ever again.

The floor boards didn't follow the body of the 2023 Rubicon and there wasn't plugs for the holes that didn't attach.

Was told Sat delivery then Sunday so dicided to put jeep on jack stands so as soon as they were delivered I could do all 4 brakes. Well still no delivery and Fed Ex states delays. Guess I now have to take Uber to work $$$$. Very disappointed

I recently purchased the power stop brake kit and the braided hoses. Upon completing my installation and brake bleeding. I drove down the street to check and come to see that the line blew. As this is Easter and between business hours. Will they honor their services. I do believe the product to be of quality and dumb luck to have received an improper part. But this experience will determine my future with extreme terrain.
