I have bought quite a few things from extreme terrain. It ships fast and arrives promptly. Customer service is always helpful. With the amount of money that I have spent, you would think I would be a part of the team and get a better discount. 🤣

I ordered sidesteps and D-Rings for my 2004 wrangler TJ. The product was well packed and showed up on time. The sidesteps were easily installed and look great! The downside is the D-Rings were listed as Navy Blue, they are more like Royal Blue bordering on purple. No big deal I thought, I just wanted to exchange them for black. Then I called customer service and instead of a normal exchange I have to fill out an e-mail and upload about 8 photo's to see if I qualify for a refund. Just ridiculous in this day and age of on-line sales that I need to go thru this for a $26 item that I just wanted to exchange for a different color. I will never buy another product from Extreme Terrain based on this experience, there are too many other company options for Jeep parts that have normal customer service/return policies.
Ordering experience was good until my order was canceled the next day. At which I called and was helped replacing everything back into my cart. I did however use a $10 discount code the first time but since it was canceled they would not let me reuse it. No big deal at $10 but the principle of it was a little bad. I asked the customer service agent and was told they can't do anything about it.

Worked exactly as expected. Shipping was much slower than I expected considering I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to receive.
I ordered a soft top for my 2006 TJ Unlimited and received a front bumper. Whole sorting out the RMA I had customer service verify that the top I ordered would fit a 2006 TJ Unlimited, and they assured me it would. The top I received does not fit a 2006 TJ Unlimited. Requested a full refund while I consider my options.

'05 jeep Grand Cherokee- headlight came very well packaged and installed very easy. Looks to be a great quality product.
Needed a relocation bracket for my GMRS radio antenna and ET had it. Price was good, delivery was fast and easy.
Missing hardware and instructions were missing a lot of steps.

After much research, I settled on a product that was available via many sources, including Amazon. I opted for ET because they were easy to reach by phone when I had a question. The price was equivalent with no shipping costs. Product arrived quickly and went on in short order. Will come back to ET again when I need aftermarket options for my Tundra.

Ordered (3) items on March 17th 2024. Needed these three items within 5 to 7 days for a project. Extreme(ly) Poor Terrain shipped the (3) items separately. Let me clarify that, they had three different manufactures drop ship, meaning that they don't actually stock the items they represent on their website. I've received two of the three items. Here we are (15) days later and final item has finally shipped from California to Georgia. Which means I'll be lucky to receive it in (21) days from the original order date. I could have driven to 4 Wheel Parts (about an hour and a half away) and had them the same day!
