Nothing against Extreme Terrain, other than they need to choose a better shipping company to use. I have always had bad experiences with deliveries being delayed with FedEx as long as I've had to use them. Tracking stated I would receive my order on Sunday and I didn't get it until Tuesday. But that's just the way it goes with FedEx.

Yes, I received my order but had to send it back immediately for a replacement because the Bull Bar ordered already had a dent in it. So I had to send 6 pictures of the Bar, Box and packing material to get approval for the return and replacement and then take it into town to a FedEx location, about 25 miles, so a little inconvenient. Quality control might have avoided this as I'm sure the dent happened before it was packed. I just hope the replacement doesn't have a dent as well. They did offer a discount but I don't want a product that's already damaged. Previous experiences with Extreme Terrain have been very positive.
