I received my order promptly. But one of the parts of my order was defective. I wanted to have the individual part replaced but was told that isn't possible and that I would have to return the entire order. That seems very tedious and bothersome to me. I'll just try to find a replacement part myself. The customer service was otherwise friendly and polite, it just seems the remedy is overly complicated.

Technician was extremely helpful in determining a different part for my application
I quite literally installed the snorkel while I was airing down my tires at the trailhead this weekend.
They were excellent on replacing my bug guard. But their packing methods are terrible! My 1st came broke because of no bubble wrap or anything! The 2nd arrived the same way! I just didn't understand that method at all!
Competitive price and prompt delivery. Parts were as advertised, well finish and sturdy.
Pretty simple installation… mpg went up bout 3/4pg. The best thing about it all is that the jk now purrs down the highway with ease. I'm considering this intake for my other vehicles
These were very easy to install on my 2014 Wrangler. Simply plug and play. They are really bright. Backing up in the dark is much safer with the new lights.
