Well went to work for these people 1 st day 12/30/2022 and never got paid called the office i worked for and they don't know nothing called the main office and still nothing they show they have work but i have never got nothing but 6 hours and no pay for that i guess they think i am too old just 69 yrs and they will not work me so beware of these people they have the same jobs posted every day they are crooks

... after 6 weeks and when i gave them as a temporary job reference they gave me a negative one saying I was always late at work and not following my supervisor instruction even though I was doing beyond his expectations. Don't work for this agency, waste of time!

There are two branches in my area but they are separate franchises. Both were not helpful. The first in Bonita was not helpful with a difficult employee at my job. I quit and therefore Expresspros would not help me find another job.
The second in Ft Myers refuses to put me on a text job alert that they claim to have. In one month, the only job offer was over an hour away. No one returns my calls. I never had an interview.

Find a better agency to go through. I was called multiple times for the same job by Kim Hawk. I finally gave in and went to the interview just to never her another word from her. I followed up with phone calls, text messages and email and absolutely nothing.
Find an actual professional staffing company to work with because this place is not professional at all.

I had used Express Employment Professionals in Rochester, NY for almost 3 years. That's 3 years too many! I brought all of my employees to them - all they had to do was process their payroll, taxes, insurance, etc. I handed them an easy account with $$ in their pocket!

I finally had to find a new agency for my employees due to the incredibly unprofessional interactions with Laurie Brown and Ashley Brown. These two have absolutely no concept of what Customer Service means or how to provide it. They are rude and consistently demonstrated an extreme indifference to the needs of my employees.

Save yourselves a whole lot of frustration! Stay away from this "employment agency"!
