Have had really good experience mainly using these guys untill recently, last 2 out of 3 orders haven't been received. Contact they say it's taking longer these days which I appreciate but wasting money When they don't arrive and it's been two months. Tracker say left country I think it's a issue with the courier they are now using but I would advise small orders (which is a pain as shipping is expensive) to be sure you don't throw money away.
Sadly after years of using i am apprehensive to continue with me custom as it's pointless when things no longer arrive. Might give dm one more try in good faith but cannot advise other to without knowing the risk of missing order involved
I ordered 100 pounds worth or product and they sent me one item on the list price 9 pounds i have sent numerous emails ever clicked on the retuns button and typed it in i need too speak too them they have ripped me off i am ready to buy a plane ticket and go there too confront them its been over 2 weeks now of daily emails sorry if i misspelled but raging is not the word can anyone help btw i rate no stars but it wont let me do that

My name is BARBARA P. And I made 2 orders and after a bit late I got my things. Lots of choice: Spices, herbal incense, bath salts, RC's, etc…etc… The quality is supreme and the price is very good. The only problem is that since when do you order upon shipment can take more than a week.
I am ordering shipping to the Netherlands. So I don't have too many issues with my orders. It is been about 3 months since I placed my first order. Overall I have ordered about 6 times no issues whatsoever quick turnaround got my orders within a few days only.
I have been buying from express highs for quite some time now and have never been disappointed in the products or speed of dispatch. My favourite potpourri at the moment is Blue Giant a mellow high compared to some which can have a kick to them but all Express Highs products are good its just about finding what suits your needs i have never been ripped off and have always had good customer service keep going Express!
I m a customer almost 2 years now and i could say that both the E. H. team and the products are awesome and i would recommend it to everyone.
UPS delivery is quiet good although it would be nice if it was faster some times.
Unreliable store, ordered twice, the first time they didn't put what I ordered, the second time the package did not reach, the support service stopped responding. I do not advise using the services of this store, there are more reliable suppliers.

It does not say anywhere on our website that orders are sent within 24 hours, instead we state on our delivery information page and on the checkout page that orders are sent within 24-48 hours Monday till Friday.
The difference between Express option and Standard is still a few days within the EU, so there is definitely a point for customers who wish to receive the order faster.
We apologize for the disappointment, but for the payment received on Wednesday afternoon, even if we shipped your order on Thursday there would still be no guarantee from any courier company that you will receive the parcel in Finland by the weekend. Your order has already been sent, the tracking number will be updated in your account today.

Except for a slightly longer shipping time than I expected, I have no complaints. The store promptly emailed me with the shipping date and tracking information. The product arrived in good shape and as I wanted. I will not hesitate to order incense from the store again. Satisfied!
Ordered a bunch of times,even got a reefund once...and yes they have free shipping,last time was from dpd,and time before that was fedex...had no problems,good communication,quick response and they dont work on weekends...i will order again

Absolute joke of a company never respond to emails unless you publicy complain and mickey mouse goods. Since Brexit they blamed everybody other than yourselves and the fact that you need to set up mail forwarding or shipped from a Spanish Warehouse says it all. Last order was in January took 3 months to get a proper answer before you offered refunds so yes will not be ordering again, last e mail i sent was May still no reply to date and i have a copy of your last response of April stating you don't work weekends so again your reply is lacking substance, hence Long story short save the hassle buy elsewhere.
