Express Highs

Express Highs has been an amazing shop considering the quality of their incense is just like the good old days and the superb delivery service, nothing even remotely similar can be found in my country now. I haven't had any reason to complain and I hope it stays that way. Highly recommend!

Mysterious Plants are not shipping to the UK so thought I would come back and try this place again; big mistake! Still the same slow, never responds, sh*t service as it was a couple of years ago.

Ordered last week, processed Sunday, now Thursday and it has still not been shipped!

I got referred by a friend, but now I am a regular customer, their products are the best and at reasonable rates. They send free samples before you buy and, the delivery time is good too with UPS. Bulk Bizarro works out very cheap compared to any other shop. They are doing really very wonderful job.

Wonderful customer service and excellent quality of products. It is very hard to find decent vendor with fast delivery but express highs have made it possible. I don't think theirs a single area where improvement is needed, payment is easy, shipping is fast, high strength herbal incense.

Been 3 days since it is processed but not shipped ordered 3 times but im waiting for the last order to be shipped tryed emailing them but no reply the order is ******* witch is heavenly-E and Space-E and substitute from the Spanish warehouse and send directly i hope i get my order soon

I'm from the UK and only realised that after I paid for my order EH could not ship directly to me. I didn't fancy paying £9 tracked postage plus at least 15 Euros using a parcel redirection service. I requested a refund, which I received roughly two weeks later, and the customer service was very good, and they replied promptly. Just a warning to UK customers - It's expensive and a hassle. I may try ordering again in the future once I can afford it.

I was very pleased with the products & delivery up until my last order. It was seized and destroyed by customs. I had no response and no refund. I literally spent thousands in 7 years but can't risk ordering any more as the same thing will probably happen again. Now I'm getting through 3 bottles of spirits a week.

The sites legit. The products are what an experienced user would expect.
Unfortunately delivery to Aus takes about a month after shipping and they can be a bit tardy with getting it in the mail. So plan your orders for regular supply.

I have seen different reviews in which most of the customers are happy with the quality and rates but I'll mention their quick response and delivery. Since it was my first time purchasing from them, I was a little bit confused, but they answered each and every query (with patience, lol) and sent me a free sample. Their international delivery is also very fast I received my product within 2 days to Germany

Lovely website, ordering process, and swift delivery. I have tried multiple products and I would definitely recommend Express highs - the quality of the product is always very good and I feel the products are a fair price, only issue is response time could be faster, but still far better than other vendors. I hope you will continue this!

Can you advise what is holding up order #******* order was placed and paid for on 07/10/2022, invoice #*******, I paid natural today 12/10/2022, the order has still not progressed at all since it was placed

They would send me package. Keep saying its being processed and won't explain. Its been two weeks now. I dont understand why it would take that long to be posted. And say processed. There is something wrong going on here.
Have now been sent another tracking number but it doesn't work. Seems like somethings is going on. Over a week to resend something and then tracking number doesn't exist in the system

The incense I got was very strong, I tried many vendors on the net, but these are by far the best, especially the Bizarro deal. They also have different varieties of bath salts which I'm going to try next. Overall my experience with the store has been excellent, express shipping with UPS is a plus!

Hello. I am generally happy with your company, but I also have some issues, you are a little late! The first order I made everything went well and within 15 days, from the day of my order, I received it. The next day there was some confusion, but the company returned all my money. The last order, I am waiting for it to arrive these days, after 1 month! I can not say, the company contacts me when I request it, it 's just a little slow! Excellent quality.

There are excellent shops with good products who are reliable, transparent and communicate well. Unfortunately express highs isn't any of those things…. They are straightforward scammers.

To be clear…. I spent £278 with this company and received nothing. I've given them the further information requested and they didn't reply. Their responses here are just window dressing.

I'm not going to go back and forth with this scammer. I stand by my original assertion and will leave it to readers to draw their own conclusions.

My last order was rock star ice blast, and, ice menthol by hipster, lovely smoke both of em, even though my vape $#*!ed up i used the liquid, via putting some on the rizla[ fag paper], with express high you get what you came for, and they dont call them selfs express highs for no reason, i got mine in quick time, like from Holland to England in 4 days, it can take that long some times just from Kent!, any way express highs are the best guys at this for a reason, and i tip my hat and thank $#*! they are there when i need em, next order i will send pics as proof, trying to keep low profile in house cos of moaner wife, some of you guys will know where i, m coming from. All the best all you happy people.
