After first having receiving my Sample successfully, I placed an order. Rating it.
Service and shipment: Excellent on my first order! EP was faster then most others in receiving and booking my payment and after receival, sending out my order. Shipment was fast too with 4 days after shipping until it finaly reached me. Kudos to EP for that on my first order.
Quality of the products: Top! Finaly it seems I found a vendor for proper incenses again! At least it was true for me on my first order is all I can say. The aroma of all incenses I received was strong to VERY strong indeed! Excellent improvement of air quality in the room after burning the incense. And unlike many other incenses it actualy lasted for a while too! About 1,5 to 2,5 hours depending on the incense used! Excellent I must say.
Only complaint so far: What others have already reviewed sadly seems to be true: EP does not always send out what you order... I ordered 4 incenses in total, 2 of which were correct and what I ordered, however the other 2 where NOT what I originaly ordered!... Yes they were nonetheless good and satisfying, however it was NOT what I ordered however.
My original order versus what I received in the end:
Incense Variety Pack No. 2 which contains: Caution Platinum and Caution Diablo.
Caution Gold(which I HAVE NOT ordered! I actualy ordered Kaptain Crunch!)
Blue Giant(Which I again did NOT order! I ordered WTF Blueberry!)
Nonetheless the products were satisfying.
My verdict: Despite the problem of not always receiving exactly what one ordered which is sadly true, nonetheless EP is excellent shop with excellent quality incenses at good prices too! Can only fully recommend. If unsure like me try ordering a sample first, this way you can make sure for yourself that EP is not a rip off... I know, sadly there are many vendors out there that take orders but then just don´t ship, taking the money and then just going silent... Luckily EP is not such a store.
Addition:
Ever since I ordered more, and was not dissapointed once! The quality of the incences is not always 100% constistent, but at least 100% good always.
I had a problem on my last order... Seems UPS lost my last package!...After some hiccup and after UPS couldn´t find my package I wrote to EH about my missing package. They were very friendly, fast and sent me a free re-shipment without any complaints!
Only few stores offer free re-shipment, top service from Expresshighs! I can only highly recommend them after placing multiple orders now.
Advice: I had problems with UPS after my fourth time ordering via them, I would advise DHL or whatever other service is available to you.
I ordered a sample already before a few months ago. However sadly, I never got a reply to my first sample request... I recently asked for a sample again and this time round, finaly, EP sound out the sample. Got to me VERY fast and reliable too! Literaly 2 days and I had my sample! Excellent service by EP there. The sample was sent out to me via UPS Express.
If like in my case EP doesn´t reply to your first sample request: Try again later. Keep in mind that this is a 1 time offer however.

In Germany I payed for use DPD of DHL, Normally you offer free delivery with Registered Post. Why did I payed for Better shipping method and then you You send as you Want?_ THIS STORE DONT RESPECT THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU ORDERED. AND SEND WHAT SOMETHING ELSE, IF THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK_THEY SHIPPS USING THEY SHIPMENT METHOD THEY WANT, NOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR._ NOW WAITING FOR OVER 3 WEEKS AND MY ORDER STILL SOMEWHERE ON THE WAY._ EVEN IF THEY KNOWS, ITS THEIR FAULT, THEY DONT WANNT TO RESHIPS OR SEND MY MONEY BACK!

I'm from the uki use to be a loyal customer before the whole brexit thing came about and stop when it all kicked off after a while of being in lock down I thought what the hell let me have a look at express high and see if I can still receive product from them and was so happy to see that I could so I read the update about the delivery process and thought I understood it so I placed a order for my usual and saw on the checkout that I had to pay £7shipping fee for air mail so I was under the impression that it would come straight to me and continue to order once the money had been taken I then realised it had to be forwarded to me from another address just down the road from the express highs factory in the Netherlands so I used the one that express high recommended under the impression that there is no added fees as I've just paid for it to be air mailed to the uk from the Netherlands which costs £6.80 which I thought I had paid for but once dutchmailer received my parcel there now saying they want£15/£50 for them to forward this to me this isn't what I expected and was lead to believe that I had paid for the item and shipping fees to then find out I have to pay for shipping again and then I found out that the Spain factory sents straight to my address no forwarding no nothing just straight to my door like the old day express high I fully understand that this is due to my mistake but it's not very clear on your website ever I struggled to understand what you meant I'm so gutted express high and would really appreciate it if you could send me a coupon code for £27 so that I can order from the Spain factory please many thanks express highs
Read the update probably and if ya from the uk only order from the Spain factory as they ship straight to your door where as the Netherlands one have to be forwarded to you from another company which costs a arm and a leg
