I'm from the uki use to be a loyal customer before the whole brexit thing came about and stop when it all kicked off after a while of being in lock down I thought what the hell let me have a look at express high and see if I can still receive product from them and was so happy to see that I could so I read the update about the delivery process and thought I understood it so I placed a order for my usual and saw on the checkout that I had to pay £7shipping fee for air mail so I was under the impression that it would come straight to me and continue to order once the money had been taken I then realised it had to be forwarded to me from another address just down the road from the express highs factory in the Netherlands so I used the one that express high recommended under the impression that there is no added fees as I've just paid for it to be air mailed to the uk from the Netherlands which costs £6.80 which I thought I had paid for but once dutchmailer received my parcel there now saying they want£15/£50 for them to forward this to me this isn't what I expected and was lead to believe that I had paid for the item and shipping fees to then find out I have to pay for shipping again and then I found out that the Spain factory sents straight to my address no forwarding no nothing just straight to my door like the old day express high I fully understand that this is due to my mistake but it's not very clear on your website ever I struggled to understand what you meant I'm so gutted express high and would really appreciate it if you could send me a coupon code for £27 so that I can order from the Spain factory please many thanks express highs

Tip for consumers:
Read the update probably and if ya from the uk only order from the Spain factory as they ship straight to your door where as the Netherlands one have to be forwarded to you from another company which costs a arm and a leg

It seems you misunderstood about what the mail forwarding service actually is, we are not a mail forwarding service and we are not affiliated with any of those.
What we do for customers who actually want to use a mail forwarding service(any mail forwarding service in the EU) is we offer free delivery for them with UPS, without any minimum order. But we obviously do not control what mail forwarding service you have chosen for yourself, and can not pay the fees associated with the service you have chosen from them.

Not replying to paying customers

I placed a order on the 28th and the money was taken the same day on the 29th it was processed it's now the 8th and still nothing no tracking number no email explaining where it is and why it's late but nothing I've emailed them around 8 to 9 times nothing that's theft in my eyes what can I do please help me out thank you

Update ive just received a email from express high and believe it's been resolved but will let you know as soon as they ship it and I receive the tracking number

Wait for a update on this I'd you are from the UK as they seem to be longing is off but will leave a update as soon as they have shipped it

Our apologies for the confusion, after you have purchased the items that can not be shipped to your location we have not seen the e-mail where you sent us a mail forwarding address in another country, we're currently updating our e-mail customer support system which will be done on Monday, and your order will be shipped to the new address you indicated then.
