This site hasnt replied to 10 emails asking for my items or money returned. Completely ignoring me had my money since 13th April 21, totally u Profesional, have no customer service AT ALL! I advise buy from here with caution, seriously rubbish site.

It is now thursday and still no sign that EH has started to give me a refund. Sort it out EH. These con artists will take your money, tell you they've sent your order - but nothing will ever come. Don't be fooled by the fake positive reviews on here, they'll have written them themselves! I wasted £40 on these criminals, don't do the same yourself, shop elsewhere!

If you wish for us to take responsibility for the delivery - please do not order regular mail shipments - they are impossible for anyone to track as is explained on our website.
We can ship RC's to almost anywhere in the EU with tracked shipments, in which case we accept full responsibility for the delivery, all of this information is available on our delivery information page, and to be more precise - you can find shipping restrictions information on every product page of the Research Chemicals shop.
Legal Highs Shop products are also always sent with tracked delivery, and we can do that for Germany as well.

You are correct, products from the Research Chemical shop can only be sent to Germany with regular mail without tracking(industry standard at the moment) and we can not trace the order or provide reships under these conditions and this is what it states on every RC product page, delivery information page and the checkout page of our website. This is why we can not help you in this case, but since you are actually using a mail forwarding service and don't necessarily have to use it in Germany - we ship Research Chemical shop products to other EU countries as well with tracking and in that case we do accept full responsibility for the delivery because we can easily see if your order has been delivered or not.
Our point here is if you see that the product can't be shipped to the location that you have chosen with tracked delivery and it states that we can not accept responsibility for this shipping method - please do not expect us to be able to track it or accept responsibility for the shipment afterwards.
Legal Highs Shop products, for example, are always sent with tracked delivery no matter the destination, it is only Research Chemicals and only to Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Finland or Norway that can only be shipped with regular mail, other destinations - we ship with DHL or Fedex always tracked.

Update: We've got your order id, you must have sent the payment from a different name, we do have a payment with the same value but no order reference and the name does not match. Customer service have e-mailed you earlier today as we need you to confirm the IBAN number from which the payment was made in order to make sure that the payment is yours.
I ordered a lot of stuff on the 6th of march--now 19th --UPS? What a joke! 1st time delivery really quick ( even if the ' bizzaro ' weighed 19.5g instead of the 25 advertised --was really weak as well, but I let it go being a first time customer. Not this time. I sent them an e mail a week later asking for an explanation for the delay--I'm still waiting! The e mail was NEVER answered! Conclusion? Now I am 300 euros down the toilet, I have this advice: stay away from these two bit thieves! They will gladly take your money keep it and send you NOTHING! Express highs? Lowlife thieving scum ( robbing old ladie's handbags is your style as well)

You need to track the parcel using the tracking number we sent in an order update e-mail on the 9th please. It has also been available in your order history since then.
According to the tracking number you need to collect the parcel from a UPS Access Point as nobody was at the location when they tried to deliver it.
We've sent you the tracking number again by e-mail just in case.

The most reliable shop. Order here for at least four months and have never been disappointed, neither in terms of service nor quality. Delivery usually within 3 days - if it takes longer, it's usually up to DHL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Express highs for online shopping.

I'm based in Europe(Spain), and usually, I receive stuff from the Netherlands and in worse cases the deliveries take one week.
At this point, I'm starting to realize that I've been scammed and that my only hope now is to open a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.
I seriously do not recommend this shop as it seems to not be reliable at all.
