I should recive my parcel delivered to parcelbox. Parcel box I went at the day one QR code was invalid. I went next following day the same. I have been told parcel had been collected as I never picked up? Another advisor told me parcel was to big and never been in parcel box that's why I couldn't collect. I send about 20 messages via chat and zero solution to resove the issue.
I offer to collect from depot or deliver to my home adress as I already changed to parcelbox and can't change again.
Today I been told they send my parcel back.
I will refuse to buy anything if evri will be delivering company. No driver tracking nothing. I requested 5 callbacks,
Not trustful shipping company
I have sent a package to Germany with priority as it was a gift, it took forever to reach Germany, more than 10 days, when supposed to reach in 3 working days, then was returned to me without any explanation and my niece never got to see her present for her birthday. Please don't trust this company as you never know what can happen to your package
I am Awaiting a parcel from Amazon supplier, supposed to be delivered yesterday. Receive notice that they are waiting further address information. This seems strange as a parcel from a different supplier was delivered to me, in my hand by an Evri driver, at this address yesterday...
Tried to contact Evri - no chance! It is only possible to communicate via a message board or a chatbot. Both of these options lead you around in circles. Left a review on another review website only to receive a reply telling me to go back to the same bot or answering machine that had sent me around in circles already. This reply also promised a reply within 24 hours - it has now been 32 hours since they sent me an "enquiry incident number"
My experience with Evri when they were Yodel was always poor and their service levels have not changed with a cosmetic re-branding
They said my parcels were delivered, but when I looked for them, I found that one of the expensive items was missing. They said they delivered it and sent me a picture showing that they left my parcel on the floor behind the street door instead of handing it over to the flat number or a flat member. Now, there is no accountability, and they don't care about customers' parcels. Poor company, poor service, and rubbish.
This is one of the worst Couriers I've experienced. My parcel was to be delivered on the 11th no show then the 12th no show then 13th they said attempted delivery and it was untrue 3 cameras will show otherwise they even put a blank picture to show they attempted. Then it was being delivered on the 14th and again no show. After half a dozen messages they admitted they had lost my 4ft long parcel how? I'm currently £300 down because of this companies negligence. I don't know how they keep trading. Their communication is terrible normally 2 days late in replying. I can't warn people enough. This is the second parcel this courier has lost and stole from me.
Low IQ's
It seems to me that Evri's recruitment policy is that they are taking people on with low IQ's and training them down.
In the space of a week the winkle spanners have lost two parcels, the first one disappeared into thin air and the second parcel was just dumped on a door step to house that has no one living in it.
Over the years I have numerous parcels go missing with Evri/Hermes, not acceptable.
So Evri if you are reading this bad review, you can rest assure, I am now going to make your life's a misery starting with your drivers by investing whether they are all road legal, by having business car insurance and I won't stop there.
Waited in all day and no sign of them. Then received an email stating their driver had "missed us" I have a ring doorbell to prove they haven't been here. Cancelled the high value item with Pro Direct and will get a refund. If I knew they were using Evri I would never have bought from them. This is the third time this company has lied and stolen my parcels. Why any company use them is beyond me.
Evri are incapable at delivering in Flats or Apartment buildings. They make no effort to buzz to be let in and just see a flat and walk off and claim they couldn't deliver that day...awful awful service

Friday pm driver knocks on my door "would you take this in for ******* i said no sorry, should have been the end of this but NO later recipient knocks on my door "you took in my packet" no i refused it was my answer
But the driver had taken a pic of HIM holding packet and me at my door then sent text saying left with me this was a blatant lie I WANT AN APOLOGY FROM HIM/EVRI as this caused me great stress being labled a thief, Evri hiding cannot contact by phone (no tracking number) so will not talk to me. I have contacted my legal team and my member of parliment subject to taking possible action against them as the driver was representing Evri, a feel for anybody sending or reciving a packet delivered dy Evri,This company and its under hand tactics has to stop.

Firstly Evri I think Evri is good company but your reputation is not enza the robot is useless can't get thou to real person you get the run around good percentage of bad reviews is not your fault but the courier you employ my courier 🤨 GARY puts parcels outside of door and takes picture check it / if stolen headache for the customer receiveing it puts made up reasons in pda not to delivery my parcel was due yesterday 11.30 to 1pm then GARY updated. Pda unable to deliver as he has don previously delivered one parcel across the street I had to go get as I've had stoke was effort now due to Gary I have no tracking no clue where my item is had to click parcel shop in hope he can make it to bottom floor without clicking porky on pda please pass this to ceo first get rid of enza the useless robot / secondly get decent couriers to deliver and give people the opportunity to speak to real people
Firt delivery left outside door live in flats. Second delivery same driver (gary) posted it to main door dwelling across the rd from me third delivery sent pic of entry concole and never asked to be let in. Customer service no reply after two incidents raised robot pish when you try get to talk to someone
Evri have delivered to me on 6 occasions, they chose on all occasions to dump the parcels downstairs (I am 2 floors up in the flats) they never knocked my door or buzzed the entry door they just dumped took a photo and left it there
Three times they were missing 3 times they were resent where I was watching the app closely I rescued 2 of them, all this despite being promised by Evri that it will never happen again they even had words with the driver but no he just dumps them
Looking on the review sites you see lots of similar reports of wrong addresses safe places ignored dumped in the street, the list is huge. Unfortunately, this now means I won't buy from any company that uses Evri as the courier. I did try to get a supplier to give options for delivery, they refused BTW these were orders from Temu and Ali express. I did feel a bit sorry for customer service agents I could sense their frustration I literally spent hours trying to sort the mess out Ali express expect the customer to gather evidence and provide documentation that Evri don't even have I could go on a lot longer, but I think this will give folk enough of an idea of how they perform

I sold an item on EBay which was posted to USA in July 2024. I was informed 4 days ago( just under 2 months after sale) that it had not been received.
I was initially past from pillar to post saying that it looked like the parcel was lost but they had to investigate. Then with breakneck speed they rejected my claim because I hadn't informed them within the terms and conditions timescale that it had not been delivered.The buyer had waited the time to tell me and how was he to know that there was a time limit? Then I was told it was my fault as I should have checked the tracking and realised it had gone missing. God forbid a company has the ability to realise themselves that a parcel entrusted to them has gone missing. So now, I am without my goods that have been paid for and the buyer is without his money. I only gave 1 star as I was unable to give none. Unfortunately I will not use this company again. When you do complain all you receive are the generic answers!
And to top it all, a reply from Evri on Trustpilot asked me to get in touch to review what went wrong 🤬
We live on a farm at the end of a long drive every other carrier is able to deliver without a problem Evri consistently say need further information or unable to gain access. I have downloaded there app and put the what three words position in and a picture of the porch. What more can I do. When I complain the best response I get is have your parcel delivered to a parcel shop. I'm paying for delivery to my address so why should I have to do that.
Evri entered fake tracking and someone else's delivery photo. Wasn't even my house and a man with a parcel at his feet which even the seller said wasn't my package from them, no man lives or is at my home. Seller refunded me but eBay did nothing about it. If it states delivered case closed no questions asked. Thank god I never paid a fortune as this was so stressful! Evri need closed down asap. In my photos one is of a genuine Evri delivery. The one with a man with a parcel at his feet I have no idea who or where that is.
Receiving and sending a parcel with Evri is great, but for customer service it is the worst I have ever experienced. I tried contacting the company by phone. Immediately I was asked by an automated voice asking to type in parcel number. I was calling about something else but they kept asking and asking for a parcel number. Eventually they ended the phone call. I tried to contact them by email but couldn't find an email address. I tried to use the Live Chat function but again talking to a robot asking for a parcel number constantly but they eventually ended the chat. I don't know why these companies cannot understand we are not always trying to get information about a parcel, it can be something else. I really wish companies could hire human beings to ANSWER the phone.
Two parcels sent on two occasions to the same address. Both lost. Both not investigated. No call back option from Evri, no response from Claire auto it, and an automated phone number that gets you no further than I'm sorry.

What a faceless budget operation no wonder you've changed name three times in fifteen years.

My item I posted has been lost and damaged. There is absolutely no way you can speak to a human. They eventually sent me a link to make claim - the page doesn't even work so I can't do that. The automated chat is next to worthless. Im waiting for a refund before I go to Trading Standards and Small Claims court.
They really need a negative score on these review sites.
Shocking company. They lost one of our boxes and theres no one there to help. Their driver didn't drop off all the boxes and has what I can only assume stolen it.
All their boxes are marked and you can't tell me it can't be found?
They know who delivered it. The box was full of personal items.
DO NOT USE evri as they steal your possessions.
They should be removed from doing any business absolutely horrid customer support, the delivery guys love to steal parcels and not is there to support, I straight up don't buy from sellers who use evri, lost £300 today bcoz of their $#*!ty illiterate drivers who think recycling bin is safe spot, doesn't knock door even though everyone is at home, i see on the app that the parcel is dumped on my recycling bon and then instantly I go and see it to be not there

Answer: Nothing would induce me to use Evri for anything. Their quality of service is incredibly poor and needs to be dramatically improved before I would even begin to consider using them.
