Every time a seller forces me to use evri its a nightmare because they can't seem to even delivery a parcel 30 minutes up the road but can't seem to do that in a week they gotta be the worst courier company there is that why they came in last in the surveys and all the genuine review site I always have issues when companies use them as they are the cheapest but like everything in life the cheaper it is the less quality you get I have no idea how you can mess up something so simple so bad properly middle management as you have it at your warehouse but haven't bothered to delivery it for over a week which was meant as next day its not even going far 30 minutes to Glasgow which is so basic aviod if you can.
The last time i had a delivery, my package was abandoned on the communal stairway. It wasn't anywhere near the floor I live on even. The usual service is I'm lucky if the courier even knocks before dumping my package on my doorstep. Usually the first i know they've been is i receive an email saying the package has been delivered
They are without doubt the worst delivery company, do not use. If your delivery doesn't turn up, which it won't it is 100% impossible to talk to anyone to sort it out. This company should not be allowed to trade.
Kept me three days at home and while FedEx and royal mail delivered my packages, the company keep send me emails that they tried to deliver my packages and I was not home! How is it even possible? I called the company I bought my xmass cloth and asked them to refund me because I couldn't use them for any of the parties! Disaster service and no help line!
Evri are Liars, they claimed they attempted to deliver a parcel on Tuesday, lie. They claimed they couldn't deliver Wednesday because a "business is closed" I am a private citizen waiting on a parcel that doesn't make sense and is a stupid lie. They claimed they would deliver my parcel between 15:30 and 17:30 on Thursday, they then claimed they tried to deliver at 23:05 but no one was home, another lie. If you try to contact them a bot will tell you someone will contact you by email within 24 hours another lie, they never contact you

Almost had my parcel in my hand, but it was taken away, as the driver's scan machine wouldn't work. He wouldn't photograph delivery and wouldn't verify delivery by typing the reference number in manually. It was more important to leave me high and dry without my parcel than to deliver on time. What poor customer consideration.
Parcels just left on door step, didn't even bother to knock on the door. I heard a noise and was expecting another delivery, so I went to the door. The parcels were there: £130 worth of heaters visible to the public pathway. Rubbish workers
I have had countless notifications from Evri - either to deliver or couldn't deliver. I am still waiting for a ream of paper which Printerinks were not happy to refund to me, in case Evri actually delivered it.

Evri are completely hopeless when it comes to deliverfing parcels. My parcel (which was on a two day delivery service from Fitbit) was delivered to Evri on 22 Sep. It is now 4 Oct and the delivery has not happened almost 2 weeks later. When I contacted Evri, they said 48hrs. This is now 4 days later and the delivery still has not happened. According to the Evri app its still at the delivery depot and that was the same as 4 days ago. Their customer service is obviously as incompetent as their delivery service! This was a gift for my wife on her birthday (3 Oct) and ordered in plenty of time to be delivered prior to that date. You can imagine my disappointment and anger, I'm sure. At this incompetent delivery service!
So now I have 2 parcels waiting to be delivered by Evri. Both were eventually updated to show delivery for this Saturday on the 'track your parcel' link despite the original delivery date being the week before, obviously they didn't arrive. The wonderful Evri Support were able to tell me yet again that my parcel deliveries have been delayed after I queried that I haven't got my parcels, which was really useful information as I hadn't thought of that being the reason. Several days on I have no updates and I am no closer to knowing when these will be delivered. What I do know though is that Evri have stated they are doing their best to get my parcels out to me which is a relief, and if I don't have them in 10 days time (yes 10 days) then I am to re-contact them or take it up with with the companies where I originally ordered the items from. Well done Evri - thank you for that sound advice and I hope those reading my review also take that advice on board.
Email staes parcel to be collected on 15/5/24. Also states that I will receive a tracking number and a time slot in a second email. Neither of thses things happen. Parcel not collected. Unable to contact Evri as I do not have a tracking number because they have not sent the second email. No facility to speak to a human by phone.in order to sort the problem.
I was in all day on the 06/05/23 and Evri is telling me I missed my package (I didn't I was waiting for it).
They told me they would try to deliver it the next working day, its now 12/05/23 and I still don't have my package.
Everytime I try to resolve the issue, I'm met with an automated telephone call or Live chat bot. It's highly frustrating as I'm waiting on a part to complete an order for a customer, who I having to keep waiting due to my missing package.
Driver decided to cancel delivery when it was already on its way and well with the delivery time slot delivery was cancelled and sent back to depot and ASK ME (addressee) to reschedule delivery date! Having to change my work hours to accomodate such mad move from them. I was never given any expanation or apologies, just a bot machine asking me to re-schedule.
EXTREMELY poor service
Unfortunately used Evri to send a parcel and as usual it got lost. Tried emailing them, they asked for details about the items in the parcel and also a receipt of the items as a proof of the price. The parcel had a few items including a perfume and they said perfume is a non-claimable item but never said anything about the other items. The parcel was worth £180 and they lost the parcel and I lost my money and a lot of energy that I used to get in touch with them which by the way was really very difficult as I had to wait for weeks for them to reply to my emails because obviously could not get in touch with them on phone as "my track number was incorrect and she could not find details about it" as the telephone lady said to me a million times. Evri is a sham!
I've just received a parcel that was sent using the next day delivery option and it's taken 10 days to get here! It wasn't picked up from the Parcelshop for 8 days. It's not the first time I've been let down by Evri and I now ask online retailers who they use and won't order from ones that use Evri, unfortunately this one lied to me and said it would be Royal Mail.
Never have i wanted a company to go into liquidation more!

Twice I've purchased items from sportsshoes an twice the delivery driver never attempted a delivery even though he stated he couldn't find a safe place to leave the parcel, our camera shows no one tried to deliver anything
Three outstanding parcels. One 'out for delivery' for 16 days. Two 'out for delivery for 10 days. Repeated requests for updates ignored. Totally unacceptable. These were birthday presents sent on two day delivery. Still no update or sign of the parcels.
Only reason they got 1 star is because it doesn't allow to give a minus score, diabolical shambolic excuse for a "courier" (wouldn't even like to even put them in the category of courier), I'd rather walk all the way to collect my parcel with glass in my shoes than let this useless bunch pretend to care, lose the parcel then ignore all messages or contact, I have requested a call back 23 times in 4 days, guess what... NOTHING,
Milton Keynes - lazy courier didn't bother to open an unlocked door to deliver the parcel, didn't leave it in the shed either. I saw it all through the window, called him, was ignored. I couldn't catch him as I live on 1st floor. I contacted envri several times to raise a complaint against a lazy courier who only took a pic of my door for free days - no one got back to me. I couldn't speak to a human either. The parcel was from boohoo.
Answer: Never had a good experience of this company, so sorry I can't. Its all negative stories I've got just now.
Answer: Nothing would induce me to use Evri for anything. Their quality of service is incredibly poor and needs to be dramatically improved before I would even begin to consider using them.
