Waiting for another parcel sent 3 weeks ago, tracking is random and useless, other parcels "lost" or delayed 30 days, parcels damaged, left in the rain and/or in full view. Useless since November.
Evri reckon they deliver 2 million parcels a day. Yeah many to the wrong address, late, damaged. And 500,000 parcels each day don't get delivered at all.
If an online seller uses Evri I will not buy from them.
Evri your business model is broken, you get paid to do a job which often is not being done. At all, let alone badly. And you are not even the cheapest courier.
You are paying self employed zero contract delivery people a pittance which in more rural areas doesn't even cover motoring costs. That and the chaos at the delivery depots mean they quit, that is why you have "staff shortages".
You have no contactable customer service staff, just a useless money saving online moron.
Man at the top - you can no longer milk your business like the good old days. Perhaps think ahead a little, do your job, organise your business and save the hassle and misery caused to so many people by your shambolic company.
Every parcel had been delayed since October. This ranges from 1 day to up to 10 days! It always states it is at the delivery depot at this point. I often get refunded my postage by companies due to this. Parcels then left outside in the rain. Wish companies would stop using them

If i could leave this company a 0 star rating i would. Worst courier company i have ever come across, even to the point where i am considering not ordering from any company that uses them. All of the items i ordered 2 weeks before Christmas for presents have not shown up...some have said on the tracking that they have been delivered...no picture taken providing proof. Do they not understand in this day and age the majority of homeowners have ring door bells and security camera that clearly show no deliveries being made at the time they confirm they have? I have a community whats app group and the other residents in my area have experienced the same issues...even advising that the temp staff EVRI hire over the festive period are stealing the parcels. Recent orders since the new year, state on the tracking that the parcel is out for delivery then advise there has been a problem and a delay has occurred. Absolute shocking service, i do not know how this company is still in business. I am now having to spend my time contacting the places that i have purchased items from to say they haven't been receipted!...to be told EVRI have lost the parcel - funny that when its showing as being delivered...i am extremely frustrated given i cant get replacement items as out of stock so am now faced with waiting for refunds. EVRI take responsibility for the fact that you have ruined some peoples time over Christmas and are still doing so! The CEO needs to step in and take action. Dont know how there current rating is at 4 stars? Impossible with the service they provide.
Worse than Hermes ever was. Name changes doesn't not improve a service Martin needs sacked for his incompetence. My item arrived today having been sent 25th Nov 2022 even though I was told it was lost and they didn't insure lamps. I'm boycotting every company online who uses them. If everyone did that then maybe they'd improve or disappear Holly the auto bot is a mega tool too. She needs sacked also.
As usual delays galore. Allegedly they tried to deliver a parcel before the retailer had despatched it lol. 3 days later and no sign of it
EVRI received parcel 11th December, listed it as delayed on 15th December and it has been that way for weeks. Tried contacting EVRI using their tracking service and even writing them a letter, nothing. Beginning to realise that my £200 item is now gone and EVRI is going to do nothing about it. I've seen 'whistleblower' reports in the media that state that there's absolutely nothing preventing EVRI employees stealing and mishandling parcels, which is probably what happened to mine as the large box certainly wasn't lost. You should think very carefully about using this company and you should outright NOT use them in the run up to Christmas. I certainly will never use the company again.
DON'T DO IT! Probably the most unprofessional, uncontactable courier in the history of crap couriers. I knew I should have paid a bit extra for my USA, pre-Xmas delivery. Estimated date from these $#*!'s being 23rd December. As of today (5/1/2023) its only just left customs in the UK after being collected on 13/12/2022!
Anyone who gives these 'dangers' anymore than 2*, is doing so for no other reason than financial. Even when these weapons manage not to 'lose' parcels, they generally turn up in, let's say, less than a 100% state of delivery. Boll*cks to Hermes/Evri (tax dodge there somewhere me thinks), I'll pay extra elsewhere in future.

2 days I've waited in for a parcel delivered by Evri and both days late afternoon I've had a message saying there's been a problem, you can't contact Evri so I have no idea what's happening. Never use this company its awful..
I was ordered I phone 14 pro max from online shopping as a gift for my daughter but arrive empty package nothing inside. Now my doughter cry because delivery man stolen my 10years old daughter I phone. I don't how big company like evri rubbing people and stilling kids gift? Who is going to helping me?
I sold my camera on ebay, booked next day delivery with Evri and dropped parcel to the parcelshop on 27 December 2022. A week later tracking showed parcel was never picked from parcelshop. Impossible to contact customer service which I believe doesnt exist. I went twice to parcelshop to check for parcel which was nowhere to be found. As I didnt didnt buy an insurance to cover the camera's full value they wont pay me more than 25 pounds. The camera costs 400 pounds. Just do the maths. This clown of a company rebranded from hermes to evri (the latter worse that the other) lost 2 of my parcels in the past. I feel a total idiot for using them again. Because of their incompetency, I lost my camera and 400 pounds of its sale which I have to refund to a very unhappy ebay buyer.
People and companies keep using them because they are a bit cheaper but if something goes wrong (which is most likely than not) you parcel is doomed and there is no way to speak to a human being to raise a claim. A horrible company that shouldnt exist. I suspect Evri drivers themselves are stealing parcels which they suspect to contain items of value that is why parcels simply dissapear. Avoid Evri at any cost. I will be glad to I see this company go bankrupt because they deserve for all the money and time loss, pain and suffering they have caused to their innocent, unsuspecting victims all this time. You should be ashamed of yourshelves
I am so fed up of checking on the app to see my parcels are still stuck saying update on parcel. I can't find a way of talking to anyone just a virtual online thing that is no help at all! I am cross they have lost three parcels over the festive season! I have wasted so much time trying to chase these up & then having to go back to the companies I have purchased them from to try & get a refund. I have given 2 stars as don't normally have probs with this company but I am very dissatisfied with the lack of customer services, in fact it is non existent! Come on Evri sort yourselves out!
Honestly every time this carrier service is used by a company I buy from I know I've made a mistake. Pay extra for next day delivery doesn't turn up, no way of getting eta. Always same weather excuse, winter, spring, summer and fall. I know sometimes weather causes the UK to shut down but I also know when there are no issues just be honest you can't hit targets. I'm now going to check before I shop online who they will use for delivery and if its evri I won't waste my money
Please please please tell me where my parcels are, you are literally the worst delivery service ever! You should be forcibly closed for theft deception and fraud
After waiting 3 weeks for my parcel to reach the UK from USA by DHL it arrived in Normanton, about an hour from my home, on 22/12 and was passed on to Evri. It has not moved since. Their website says it is delayed, no Sherlock, the robot on the phone, £6 per call, says it doesn't recognise the tracking number.

Of three recent orders all of which I paid extra for next day delivery, one was delivered late, one was delivered (late) and left in a hedge half a mile from my house, and the third, a Christmas present for my son, who knows? Tracking states it was delayed on 20th December and no updates since.
My experience of using Evri to send a parcel is just as bad, they claimed to have "lost" my item and eventually compensated me but less than the value of the item.
I now avoid any company using Evri to deliver unless they agree to use a different courier for my order.
Always delivered parcels reliably, and the tracking is very detailed and is often updated. Paticularly appreciate the ParcelShops as they are much more convenient than taking your parcel to a post office.
Worst experience ever. I paid extra for quick next day delivery. Parcel was late for 4 days. And it comes totally broken, looks like someone played football with it. Inside was a console ps4, and it's completely destroyed. Evri answered me that they sorry and they assure me: "that they are 100% committed to ensuring every parcel arrives safely, however each parcel goes through several handling and transportation processes and on rare occasions, this may happen" -great 100% you have! Anyway they won't refund because parcel contained a computer which is listed as an excluded from compensation item and cannot be claimed for. "Terrific" service you even worse than royal mail. I will never use your service again.
Paid for next day delivery on the Monday - it's now Saturday and no parcel. No way to contact them! Their customer service number I'm sure is illegal as they tell you to give the tracking numbers THEY PROVIDED and they don't work. They also gave me a receipt with a reference number on and it won't accept that either, you can't proceed without the numbers so they hang up. It's not just a disgusting service, it's illegal and theft! Now my sister, niece and nephew have no presents to open on Christmas… my nephew is 6! Avoid at all costs and if anyone is a lawyer start proceedings to close them down as they can't offer a service they do not provide and have no way to resolve issues. I also paid for insurance and I can't claim without speaking to them - which you can't do! Absolutely the worst service I have ever received absolute joke of a company I have complained to trading standards and I encourage more people to do so
Every time a seller forces me to use evri its a nightmare because they can't seem to even delivery a parcel 30 minutes up the road but can't seem to do that in a week they gotta be the worst courier company there is that why they came in last in the surveys and all the genuine review site I always have issues when companies use them as they are the cheapest but like everything in life the cheaper it is the less quality you get I have no idea how you can mess up something so simple so bad properly middle management as you have it at your warehouse but haven't bothered to delivery it for over a week which was meant as next day its not even going far 30 minutes to Glasgow which is so basic aviod if you can.

Answer: Nothing would induce me to use Evri for anything. Their quality of service is incredibly poor and needs to be dramatically improved before I would even begin to consider using them.
