This game is the best/worst example of pay to win that I have ever seen... It is virtually impossible to advance without a heavy expenditure of dollars to purchase various packages. I spent 95 dollars to go from lowest level to a middling level, BUT then got wiped out by a server glitch. (Rumor has it that the six big players on my server were into thousands of dollars)

I spent10 days chasing Top Games to restore the damage caused by the glitch to no avail. I have had three replies that appear to be formulaic responses by a chatbot designed to make you think that they are actually doing something but no actual communication.

I probably won't get my money back, so the best I can do is help you save yours.

If I could rate it lower i would. As the gameplay goes, it is great. The rest is by far the worst I have ever encountered. The customer service will give you instructions that you had already gave them. They take forever to answer. They have never to my knowledge resolved an issue. The game has horrible glitches that cost you money. This money spent on glitches is just to stay even. When customer service does answer they ask for detailed explanations. Uh, I did that in the emails and tickets. Every update new glitches. I have even stated that inwould take far less than what was owed, on 4.2 million lost troops on a glitch. I have not heard a thing from them. It is a play to win game. That does not go into my rating. What does is a play to break even game because I know they won't fix it. Do not waste your time and money unless you are willing to accept this. It is a shame because I love the gameplay.

If you look up techniques on how to play the game, you get cheats on how to actually play the game. This game is just a false start. One kill event showed me that. I hit five castles with no troops inside. They are using link accounts to win. This looks like a good game but the cheats lead to frustration. Luckily I don't get broken-hearted when I play bad games. This game shows me that a well developed game would really keep me interested. This is absolutely a great shame on me because I saw some signs. I'm out of the game for good.

This game is a wonderful game for folks who want to build things in the virtual world as a hobby and get to know good friends. The game requires a long term commitment by mature adults in the building of cities, the training of heroes, and the cultivating of friends in alliances. It is a rewarding experience to own many cities and be in a chatty alliance involved in joint operations. This game is also for folks seeking a social outlet with others. The friends of one disabled man used this game to save him from a burning building.
As stated, this game is for mature adults with access to funds and/or a credit card to play to all its glory, especially in the building of the Hero Gears. I have played this great game for two years on three servers and have made good friends and had good times. This is an extremely enjoyable game and satisfying game for mature adults!

Been playing for 3 years. Constantly have issues with lag and it has been getting worse with each game update. Way too many players that spend thousands of dollars to dominate the game and you will never be able to compete with them. You have to keep a protective bubble on your leep or you will get crushed and loose months of work in 10 seconds. The latest glitch allowed my bubbled keep to get attacked. Customer service will ignore you and will never compensate for their game issues. Stay away and save your time and money for more enjoyable and productive activities.

This game is a waste of time and money. While you do get to play an interesting game, it nearly requires that you fight against other players. Many times the other players are ruthless, and the loss of a battle means you lose time and money that you have invested. You don't just lose a little, the game takes much from you when you lose, and then you must rebuild from a much lower level, again. It is not worth it. The players who prosper and the ones who violate the gameplay rules the most - and the game does not have any build in penalties for those who cheat. Instead, it allows a bloodthirsty free for all. Had I known any of this I would never have joined. I started because the puzzles looked neat and the graphics were cool. I left because a game that was supposed to be fun ended up being frustrating and stupid.

Game lag always when you are playing all star.
If you spend thousand of dollar buying all star packs, you are wasting your money.
If you get zero by enemy because of game lag problem, you don't need complaint to customer service. Because it is useless.
Conclusion. This game never upgrade their service. They just try to selling you expensive pack. Don't play!

You requested help, no matter what it is they write back " please elaborate " you do and then nothing. That's it, your complaint is over. No help, no more communication, nothing they wait a week and then your requested is closed out. So let me safe you time, don't ask for help because it is never coming.

I found this game of Evony to be corrupt and the servers are at the heart of the corruption. My daughter and i were playing until the server, who also plays, told his teams where we were and their castle swarmed us and eventually wiped us out. I have pictures of some of them with no castle name, no lord name, no prestige, yet have enough troops to wipe you out. I recommend you not play any evony games! They have multiple accounts and use bots to farm and the server removes items from your items list, especially coins. They take barbarian cities away and say they are just cleaning up the area, but when the server or theyre friends make the barbarian cities they stay.

When you buy the minimum package you get over charged for several more and they always claim that you have received them. They do not refund and continue to over charge for packages. DO NOT EVER BUY PACKAGES they are stealing money from users. And continue to do so. I have all the evidence. And will be taking this further. Thieves..

Have had several issues with the game glitching and unintended attacks on others. Sent several tickets in to customer service, lol was told that's normal game. Evony clearly should have reimbursed for the last programming error and blamed players. Unless customer service

I have been on this game over a year and half, and I spent a lot's of money on this stupid money hungry people when you get to report any problems in the game they close your tickets, wow. I have over 12,k points on the BOC, and I didn't enter the all star session wow, because the game did a glitch and I still have that glitch not fixed. They never make mistakes for taking my money or anyone else is money. My advice to all of you don't spend any money to this game its a trash, and I will report this game to BBB, I'm very sure they knew what is that, and my friend an attorney love to sue them

They turn the game to a 100% pay to win game. They also delete accounts that use farms/alts, and say they are rss seller, what definitely is a lie! Just a very small amount are.
You need 100-150k Dollar to upgrade 1 Building to 40, there are at least 11 buildings to be compatible. New gear set is 4-6k dollar just buyable there are 5! If you send to much rss to an Allianz member, your account get deleted or they steal you billion of rss!

Many reviewers whine about the bots and alts dramarama, but all of that makes it a fun game. As for needing to spend $$$, not true. Because of the glitches, you can create an unbreakable account for free in just a few weeks. What other game allows that? Of course, that means cheating night and day, but hey, isn't that how our President became President?

The bot allows you to play as little or as much as you like. The most important ten minutes of the game is around midnight when the servers reset. That is when you glitch and double (or 10X) your troops. Really fun, IMO, but you have to love cheating to enjoy the game.

Sucked in by your feelings of superiority from watching idiots pretend to make dumb decisions that you KNOW you wouldn't do, cuz you're so much smarter than that, right? Well, nope, you're even dumber for falling for it. Be ashamed, sheeple.

The game evony is such a game that so much unfair game play goes on from:
1. People been able to buy resources from anyone else
2. People using sub accounts and bots to take advantage of the game
3. Bad game administration allowing all sorts of game bully and so forth
4. Bad customer sevices, one will complain on issues and no response
5. Over expensive resources to progress in the game
6. Transferring someone's alliance to anyone just cos they can't log on to the game in 7days. That is the most annoying thing ever. After one spends lots of money, invest time and resource to build an alliance then coz one is busy in real life, the game admin just transfer ones alliance to someone else.?!
This should be stopped and it is annoying that one is expected to always be on this game everyday, people have real life and that should be considered too.
The image below is my alliance transferred to someone who doesn't know how I struggled, spent money to buy resources and built thst alliance for 2 years and just coz I didn't log on in 7days my alliance is given to this guy.?!
What is the moral here and what injusticed way of making people play the game, is life only about this stupid game..

I love this game I have been playing it for a little while now but here recently when I try to log in the game freezes and it is days before I'm actually able to get back on by that point my bubbles ran out and I've already been attacked several times this has happened more than once and I'm getting frustrated and ready to just quit the game I feel that I should at least be compensated all my troops back when this happens please fix the issue

The game is good, addicive and all about becoming the strongest you can.
The customer service is shocking I spend money on this game and lost items due to teqincal issues this was 6 weeks ago and still havnt had an answered me to return my missing items shame on you evony
